The Driver called me at 7:50AM on a Saturday to ask me whether I'd mind having my delivery rescheduled for 12AM from 11AM. I was pretty annoyed at the call but I agreed. Then at 12AM sharp, when I had brought all my boxes down he calls me and says "oh I'm very sorry but I will be late another hour". When I try asking him why he didn't give me more of a notice (I mean had he called 20 mins earlier I could have not brought all my stuff out of the flat) he kept saying he could "cancel" it. As if I had a choice at that point other than to continue.

I waited for another hour and no sign of him, he's even later. 2hours and a half later at 2:35 PM he finally arrived. He kept telling me over the phone how he would help me carry stuff which he most definitely did not (outside of organizing the boxes a bit in the van). Then finally I got my stuff in the van and moved. We had one stop at my roommate's house where he stood in the car and talked over the phone the entire time (even going as far as forgetting to even open the van door for us). When we finally got to the new house he had the gall to ask whether he could use the bathroom which I feel is quite unprofessional (normally I don't have a problem with that but after he caused me a great deal of stress the entire day I thought it was plain cheeky).

At least nothing was damaged and we managed to move in the new house with 'only' a 4 hour delay.

We do have a lateness refund policy which you will find attached to your email booking confirmation and as the driver was delayed to your move, you are certainly due a partial refund for this.
