No trolley to aid with transport so the fridge was transported horizontally meaning liquid came out and leaked on my floors

Was totally unprofessional, was on the phone always . Even though I paid for help no initiative had to ask but he prefers to talk to friend over phone and watch while we moving. Did ask him to help time to time but don't think it's necessary to ask after paying for service e. Un acceptable experience !!!


Driver's response:

Im sorry the customer felt that way. The customer booked the job for 6pm but he asked me to arrive at 5.30pm.
Because I was in the middle of an important family issue, I couldn’t arrive at the time he wanted but I sorted things out and managed to get to him for 5.30pm.
I made him aware that I was outside, he come down and he took me to the 14th floor to help.
I must admit I was on the phone as I was trying to resolve important issues concerning family, which I had to respond to.
But that didn’t stop me from helping him with his stuff, which I was doing.
Plus I arrived early as he requested, and put my issues on hold.
He seemed like an ok person, so it comes as a surprise that he has made a complaint. I was talking to him about his camera business.
I’m very sorry if I offended him in anyway, usually most times I get signs when a customer is unhappy with my services.
I apologise for anything I’ve done wrong.
