They all worked extremely hard and got the van loaded up in super speedy time. They were pleasant to deal with and even when they had to wait around for us due to delays with the move in they were calm and patient and very supportive. The move itself was very quick. The driver was very helpful and nothing got damaged. And to top it off, because we finished a lot earlier than what we anticipated, he gave us a lift back home. I would definitely recommend this service. | |

I also couldn't get hold of him for most of this time and his battery died, so it was quite stressful. He said there was bad traffic, but I thought that many hours to do a journey from Newbury to London was pretty extreme. I had to pay a lot more to him for his time because of this. He was friendly though when he got there and didn't mind navigating his way through a building site. | |

I think extra money should be factor into the quote this will help solve any disagrement or misunderstanding in future
CMV response: Extra payments are only ever requested should the time of the booking go over the time booked for. Each driver sets their own half hourly rate for additional time, and this is clearly visible on the website prior to booking. | |
