They were communicative, punctual, polite, cheerful, helpful, efficient, and reasonably careful with my things.

I knocked one star off because of few of my pieces of furniture got slightly scratched/scuffed/dirty, which I think could have been avoided if they'd taken a little more care.

That said, I'd be happy to use them again.

Both my driver and his colleague went above and beyond what was originally booked. I was 30 mins late arriving at the first venue due to the London marathon taking place that day and central London being cordoned off. That made the whole operation late and difficult, but the driver and his colleague never made any negative comments; they got on with the job and worked much longer than had been expected. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service, very nervous as this was our first move and ended up needing alot more space than the small van amount ordered, our driver Sou was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with, thank you so much for everything :)

Yee Mon was excellent. He arrived early, everything was packed and unpacked extremely efficiently, and he made everything straightforward and stress free. I would definitely use Yee Mon again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Driver accepted the full fee again from me having already paid the website and then denied receiving it. I ended up paying twice for the removal. Very unhappy. Website wouldn't refund as my word against his. Clearly my mistake for not realising and paying again to driver but unhappy about denial and paying twice

Drivers response:

The job was completed really well. The customer had so many things and I told him I would charge him extra for upgrading to the large van size because he only booked a medium van and he was ok with that. The job took an extra 30 mins and at the end, the customer gave me £50 in total with tips. It was nice of him. He had already paid the full amount online for the original booking.

However, I then received an email saying that he gave me £150 cash by mistake, on the top of the £100 which he already paid online.

I would never accept an extra £100 from a customer even if this was given to me by mistake! I knew the customer had paid in full online.

I always try to make things clear with my customers, especially when it comes to money and I have never had a complaint in this regard even though I have completed 240 bookings on the website.

I explained to the customer that he only paid me £50. £40 is the additional fee for the extra 30 mins and large van size upgrade and he gave me a £10 tip. I am of course happy to refund him that £10 if he would like. I really don't know what else to say.
