Very good service and friendly driver
The driver was booked to help me move on Friday but when called he said he’d informed Man & Van he wasn’t able to fulfil the booking but I received no notification of this.
I rang customer services three times but it took more than three hours to get a response regarding my booking. Eventually I called the driver to reschedule directly.
When I spoke to Tristan he confirmed I would be eligible for a partial refund of what I paid due to the inconvenience and the fact I had to pay a charge for not being out of your flat on the day I specified because there will still items left I the premises.
It was a very frustrating experience added to by the fact that the third customer service person I spoke to was fairly unhelpful and unsympathetic. All in all not a good experience which really added to the stress of moving house.
