Actually had a van from them today. Can’t fault the guy we got! He kept me informed on the traffic when he thought he was going to be late. He turned up no more than 30 minutes late due to a crash on the motorway. He helped us load his van, he was very friendly and had everything he needed to cover up and strap everything down. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver. My other half says he’s friendly and good to talk to, they’re currently on their way back home.

Andrejs was extremely helpful, professional and available. We had to move more than 20 boxes + heavier furniture up three flights of stairs in a building with no lift. Although it was particularly challenging, Andrejs helped me throughout until the very last item had been moved. I felt fully supported, which really made a difference. I would have never been able to face this without his help. Thanks Man&Van for a great service.

I went to get my keys to open my gate and he charged me an extra £20.. I did not waste his time AT ALL. I was even ready 9 minutes early. Very inconsiderate. As if it was my fault I had to go and open the gate

While the driver was of course happy to wait for you to get the key, if by doing so the booking ran over into additional unbooked time, the driver's half hourly charge would then apply.
Fantastic driver, did an excellent job.
Lovely people, polite, kind and helpful. But no blankets on sofas meant grease marks. And woodwork gouged on delivery will need to be repaired. I wish I had supervised loading.
