He kept me informed on the traffic when he thought he was going to be late. He turned up no more than 30 minutes late due to a crash on the motorway. He helped us load his van, he was very friendly and had everything he needed to cover up and strap everything down. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver. My other half says he’s friendly and good to talk to, they’re currently on their way back home. This is my first time doing all this, the guy Andrew was patient as with me as I was panicking I hadn’t got everything. I’d 100% recommend the company! The price was right too!! The fact you was willing to help me in such short notice is amazing! Thank you so much! To was a very stressful day for me as it was the last day I’ll ever be able to step foot in my granddads old house again. I was sceptical at first seeing some reviews I must be honest, but after today my mind was put at ease. I’ll be saving your number down and definitely will recommend you to anyone who needs help! We had to move more than 20 boxes + heavier furniture up three flights of stairs in a building with no lift. Although it was particularly challenging, Andrejs helped me throughout until the very last item had been moved. I felt fully supported, which really made a difference. Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful I went to get my keys to open my gate and he charged me an extra £20.. I did not waste his time AT ALL. I was even ready 9 minutes early. Very inconsiderate. As if it was my fault I had to go and open the gate CMV response: While the driver was of course happy to wait for you to get the key, if by doing so the booking ran over into additional unbooked time, the driver's half hourly charge would then apply.	5 years ago
