Not my original booking, allocated very late. Yes, they were late, very late. Having spoken to them I'm not entirely sure it was their fault.
While they were great for the actual move, albeit it was a very simple move, they arrived an hour late and then had the audacity to charge me for running over at the end of the trip, when the only reason we had run over was because they had been late in the first place.
I’d recommend finding someone else for your move if you can.

Yes - did you double book this job? Please could I have a refund? I booked the van to arrive at 9am - they were 1hr30mins late. I had a chevk in booked so had to phone a freind to come and wsit for them. The guys were extremly good, respectful and professional but I did need them to be on time. Thank You
The driver wasn’t on time but this was a previous drivers fault as they cancelled an hour before they were due to arrive at 1pm. The new driver was friendly, polite and careful! I would recommend them again!
Although they arrived 45 mins late, they had called to let us know as they were stuck in traffic, which was fine. We had a tricky move, as we were on the 5th floor, and only had a lift to the 4th. They did a great job getting everything down, and were surprisingly quick bearing in mind the amount of boxes we had. The level of care was pretty good, although we had packed and wrapped everything very carefully. So no breakages that we're aware of so far. The unloading at the other end was fine, not the most organised unloading, but still very good. Overall we were happy with the experience, and would certainly use them again.
