Lee Blake is very professional, helpful, polite and friendly man. He was my superhero yesterday! He was on time, very efficient. I booked 1.5 hours service which should not be enough, but somehow he / we made it. 🙌🏻
i'd highly recommend him! It was my first time to hire a van yesterday, so i didn't know about time, size of van and how many people to move. Next time, I will call a large with extra helper (other than just driver) and allow 2 hours or more moving even if it was just moving from & to shared flat. lessons learned. 😅

Blake & Rash delivered a great service, even though I really underestimated how long it would take to complete the move. However, I would never use compare The Man & Van again. There is no option to edit a job once you have requested it. ie request a larger van. They suggest you cancel it and start again. Apart from wasting time, it is impossible to cancel, there is no option and you only have 1 hour to do it. This condition of sale is hidden in the small print. I sent a message via their website to cancel the job one minute prior to the deadline, no response . Two weeks later the job had still not been cancelled. It is impossible to contact them by phone, I could not find their number anywhere on the web. Eventually, I managed to obtain it from the driver and emailed them, to date no response. They are very quick to take your money but, totally ignore you once they have received the payment. Do not use this company. There are plenty of others online to choose. Or even better use a local independent contractor.

I couldn't be happier with Blake and Abdul. The whole move was smooth, they knew what they were doing and how to strategically pack their van to fit everything in. A very friendly team with a great sense of humour which helped as it was stressful for me. Very professional and handled my stuff with care. I didn't book the right amount of hours but Blake made no fuss of it and completed the job with diligence. They both worked really hard and I'm very grateful for it. I will be booking Blake for my next move for sure!
