Driver was very helpful with helping us move our things into the new house. However, driver was 2.5hours late. Meant to arrive at 9am, however arrived at 11:30am. I don’t think it was his fault - the company gave the job to him at 10:55. If i book a slot from 9-10:30am, i expect the driver to arrive at 9am.
