I don’t think there were straps but I did see blankets available if needed. We used just over half of the booked time, and although we declined, Bruno offered to help get things inside as we had time remaining, once we’d moved them near the lift.

Both polite and respectful, he was also very efficient when it came to loading the van, taking care of the bulky items with ease. This meant we were able to start the journey quicker than anticipated and we comfortably got from one destination to another within the allocated time. The van itself was also clean and in good condition, which made for a pleasant journey.

But it was by far the best - everything went smoothly and I was less tired and less stressed than during previous moves. Bruno is very professional, organised and efficient. On top of that, he is a gentleman and has a great personality.

The night before, I was little nervous that we had too much stuff and it wouldn't all fit. But Bruno was more than up to the task. His van is a really generous size (and it's in great condition too) . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

He arrived early, was really calm and reassuring when he saw all of our stuff and was very understanding that I was pregnant and therefore unable to lift anything. He was so careful with all of stuff, even wrapping things in blankets without being asked. He got the whole move done in under 1.5 hrs and even dropped my husband back to me at the old flat to help with the cleaning.

Bruno showed up early and was happy to wait for us to be ready. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable of moving, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was an issue with him and we managed to pack my entire flat with a swift efficiency that was heroic. Everything about this experience was painless. I really should have booked a second helper, but he just carried things without saying anything from the fourth floor to his van (no lift). He was very kind and very respectful. He helped us move from a tiny overcrowded flat in South West London to North East London, and packed our whole flat into his Van. He arrived ten minutes early, and got straight to work with the complicated task of removing a flat pack wardrobe that we built inside the flat. If I could give Bruno more stars, I would. He was early, worked like a Trojan and was an extremely personable chap to work with. I couldn't recommend him more highly and hope that he gets as many bookings as possible. He helped organise the boxes in the back of the van as we brought them down, saving us lots of time. He did the same as we unloaded the van, passing them all to the front making it all very swift. He was very friendly and helpful, and this is the first man and van hire I can really trust.

I changed a few requirements and nothing was too much trouble. On the day he arrived early and gave me a briefing on how he was going to work. Bruno also helped take apart and put my bed back together. A very conscientious and professional person. Highly recommended.
