Charles was super helpful with the move. I didn’t realise the tables were that heavy and regardless, Charles helped massively. Also upon arrival, there was no parking and he was very patient whilst we sorted parking. Will surely surely use him again.

Charles was excellent. We loaded the van with my 15-20 boxes in 10mins and we're on our way - he also unloaded everything for me, got them up the lift to the fourth floor and everything was damage free. Thank you so much Charles! Would definitely use his services again and recommend to everyone.

Charles was amazing! It was our first time arranging a van for moving so we were worried about it at first, but Charles was super nice, polite and thoughtful. He arrived early and offered us a ride too. We rode with him from London to Manchester and it was a really pleasant trip! All the process was quick and smooth. We really appreciated everything he did for us! He has a lovely personality and a nice smile too :) Definitely recommend him!

I had an initial appointment at 16:00. I called Charles to ask him if it was possible to start the service at 15:00 rather than at 16:00 and he was very flexible. Charles helped us load the van and unload the van. He was very friendly.

I have booked for divert help me move the items. But when we arrived to destination he refused to help me bring it to the door. He trying to leave all the stuffs in front of the building and end the job there. What's the point to book for driver help here? How could you say man and van service? That's funny.
Driver's response:
This review is incorrect. I have blankets and straps in my Van always. Michael, his cousin and I moved a full room (this was not indicated in his booking). Also on arrival to delivery point I helped them take it from the van first to the ground floor then after securing my van I went up 2 floors on a lift to his new accommodation.
Michael and his cousin were dodgy with what they indicated on their bookings and with the quantity of loads they had but I still helped them with no complaints.
