The driver was great, very friendly and helpful. However, the service from compare the man and van was very poor - our first driver did not arrive and it was not clear that he had even been informed of the trip. He was at least 1 to 1.5 hours away from us when I called after he did not turn up. A second driver was subsequently arranged, who arrived 3.5 hours after the originally scheduled time. However, staff at compare the man and van responded quickly and were very helpful and friendly.
Chirag was extremely professional and very helpful loading my items into the truck and unloading at the destination. He was so efficient that we finished the whole thing I'm a shorter time than I had anticipated. Definitely recommend!

Chirag of NW7 Transport was fantastic. Punctual, helpful, respectful, careful, pleasant, hard-working, very efficient, knows London like the back of his hand. I booked the van service for 2.5 hours but he bossed the whole job in 1.5 hours. Can't recommend Chirag highly enough. Will definitely use his service again.

Best man & van experience I've had. Super efficient with loading stuff from the storage space and into the van and into the house. Very good driver (we went from London to Oxford). He was also very careful with handling all my things, even the ones that were already broken. I will definitely use Chirag's services again for any move.

Originally I was sent the wrong driver number by 'Compare the Man&Van' and was put in touch with a very very rude man who shouted at me down the phone for having called him and assumed he was my driver on Saturday. There was no company phone number available to call for help and the online virtual assistance was very unhelpful as it did not put you in touch with an actual person (or even a bot). When I eventually tracked down the right number I was put in touch with Chirag who I can not recommend enough. He was super helpful and friendly, assisted me with loading and unloading the van and made the whole process really quick and painless.
Overall, the company is crap BUT Chirag is amazing (go direct to him 07368 366763).

We even had a massive sofa that took 3 of us and half an hour to get through our front door which is at the top of a set of stairs; he didn’t give up and we got it in just as we were about to give up hope! 😆 we’ll definitely use him for all our moving needs in the future

Chirag Dalal was absolutely brilliant. There was a slight delay due to some unforeseen circumstances but Chirag was super apologetic and couldn’t have been nicer. He was extremely efficient and fast and couldn’t do enough to help, even when I had to stop to take an important work call. He was super friendly and a pleasure to chat to on the long drive.
