It was a lot smaller than advertised, so the pick up of items had to be done in two lots, resulting in a longer time needed, which then cost me a lot more than originally quoted. This was disappointing, as I didn't expect to spend that much.
Also, there wasn't an option on your website to select lift and stairs, just lift OR STAIRS. SO, I also incurred an extra fee for stairs which was not in the original quote. However, the two operatives were extremely friendly, helpful, and hardworking. CMV response: We can confirm that you were supplied with a luton van as booked. In terms of stairs, irrespective of if there is a lift at the property, if you still require the drivers to carry any of your goods up or down any flights of stairs, you are liable for the driver's stair charge for this service. | 4 years ago |

He was really chipper and I’d recommend him to anyone. I was however let down by the system (CTV) and as such wouldn’t recommend it to friends and family. After my first driver refused to confirm the booking or talk to me, we were given a much smaller van which didn’t fit everything. Wes was very responsive and helpful but the set up seemed a bit flawed- we should have just contacted a van owner directly. Noted.

We can confirm that you booked a large van, and were supplied with a replacement driver and a large van. Aside from this we could not be any happier with the service we've received - I would have awarded six stars if I could! Extremely attentive, very friendly and very professional are only some of the qualities of these guys. They managed to carefully load what I thought it was a two round-trip-worth of furniture in a single one, using all the required equipment to minimise the risk of damage.

The drivers made me feel so comfortable and we amazingly friendly and professional for the entire time. I booked two hours but we ran over. The minute we hit time, the driver made sure that I was ok to pay for another hour in cash (as I had paid up front for the two hours), and he made sure I was aware I was just to give him the money cash. I'd already seen this on the site when booking and have paid cash to drivers before. This is usual practise.
The two men helped me so much. Being someone who is transgender and who has multiple mental health conditions, I am often wary of interactions with new people. I wasn't uncomfortable with these guys. They were great from the moment they arrived (which was half an hour early. I wasn't ready so they politely waited outside until I was.) I couldn't recommend someone more! I couldn't rate these guys more! If I could then I would. They made the time fly and treated myself and my belongings with care and respect the entire time. So happy!! Thanks guys!
