Driver was very helpful. We had booked the Van for 2 hours. However, it took just 1 hour due to support of driver.
Arrived exactly on time, and the van was unload at destination in less than an hour (50 min).

Did not wait for us to unpack and come back down, left stuff on side of the road in rain and damaged £1000 worth of office equipment.
I booked for moving Van with driver help. He just dropped me off and did not help with moving just outside the building with all the heavy boxes that need two people handling. I have booked for 2 hours until 14:30 and he left early at 13:30 with lout telling me whilst I was getting the keys from now home. His name is Emmanuel Nwaokoye. He told me rudely when I called him. And I will never book from Compare the man and van again.
The driver was late and very disrespectful upon arrival. On his advertised profile it stated that 2 passengers could travel in the front with the driver. He refused to let more than one passenger travel in the front despite there being two available seats which delayed our schedule even further and cost us extra money getting a taxi to the destination.
He arrived 15 minutes late which was fine. However, he is rude. He also nearly ran over a cyclist in a pedestrianised area and shouted at the cyclist and called her stupid for not moving out of the vans way.
I couldn't understand my driver very well but other than that all went well.
The driver was very respectful and handled our belongings with care. He did turn up an hour and a half early. But since our original driver pulled out at the last minute for unknown reasons I don't feel our driver can be fully to blame for picking up their slack.
He was one hour late, didn't give any notice nor apologized, then rushed the delivery. Refused to take a short break after I expressed concerns about the items in the back and ran over red lights. It was overall a terrible experience. Do not recommend

Driver was so rude and asked for extra money. He said we cannot put mattress and bed in the van but when I requested for the van I did put the furniture list already. Then We had to pay extra 20 pound as it was on last minute .
Driver was actually 5 minutes earlier! So; I am pleased with that! The only thing is; that he could have been in communication with me and have introduced himself in advance over the phone!I had to to chase him up, instead! That's what other drivers normally do! Very happy with the boxtruck! Had nothing to worry about!
The driver was great. But the host website kept changing my booking, creating quite a lot of uncertainty. Eventually it was the third driver that the website assigned the day before the move that showed up.
The driver called me as he was arriving and said I owe him extra £15 for congestion charge. I wasn’t aware and confused and busy moving furniture so I ignored it and focused on getting furniture in the van.
I wasn’t moving house but only transferring a diner table and 4 chairs so the van was way too big but ok.
He helped carry with the dining table top from van to reception of flat which was helpful.
But then he started demanding £15 for congestion charge again.
I paid him for 1.5 hours work and we finished in 45mins yet no acknowledgement of that even though I pointed it out. He was extremely rude I couldn’t believe it.
I was late for a meeting and he continued demanding £15 and wouldn’t go away. I had to run to my meeting and my flatmate had to get cash and give it to him.
I’m EXTREMELY disappointed and am NEVER using this company again.
First driver booked texted me night before booking at 11pm to ask for £12.50 for congestion charges. Then cancelled an hour before and new driver picked it up - grateful. Then tried to charge me extra for 8 steps to the property - wish this this clearer when booking,
It’s my second time using this company and oh both occasions my driver made my move really easy. Would highly recommend.
