They had to do 2 trips for us and we're very accommodating throughout
He was 50 minutes late, and although he did call shortly before, he only said he would be half an hour late. I then only used an hour of the 2 hours I’d paid for, but he said he wouldn’t complete another 7 minute trip to help- which considering he was so late left a little bit of a sour taste
