George and Sam are fantastic! They provided an excellent moving service. They were fast and carefully packed all of my stuff in the van. They even checked and asked me what was in boxes that looked fragile to make sure everything was kept safe. Great price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Luton van, driver and helper. George and his colleague were fantastic. They arrived on time and had a quick look at the items we needed to move and came up with a plan. They took lots of precaution with our belongings. I had under estimated the amount we had to move and they accommodated us no problem. Highly recommend!

Driver was early, and both him and his helper were extremely professional and courteous. They took their shoes off before walking on carpet and put the furniture exactly where we wanted. Highly recommended.
George and soloman were wonderful. They were 10 minutes early, completely respectful and patient. I had been unable to dismantle my bed before they arrived due to time and disability and they worked around me which i know wasn't ideal. Solomon even helped me off the floor when i couldn't get up, he was very kind. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended. Thanks guys, you were wonderful on what was an incredibly stressful day for me. At the other end they were just as good trying to get my furniture in to a much smaller property. They also took things i hadn't listed on my itinerary on booking. Very satisfied with everything. Thank you.

George and Solomon were extremely helpful and polite. We were very impressed with the trouble they took to fit all our large items into their spacious Luton van. Items were protected with blankets and straps. They were strong able well able to cope with heavy sofas and bookcases. Very happy to recommend.

Fantastic, great team
Hi driver slightly delayed but no blame attached
First of all, the driver and helper were late. Upon arrival they then bemoaned they would not be able to do the job within the 2 hour time slot I had booked although we actually got it done in less than 2 hours. I found they moved at a rather slow pace which I felt was connected to them wanting to charge me extra time. I booked a driver with a helper to save me having to move items myself - they requested I helped them which begrudgingly I had to do in order to make sure the job was done on time. This was following me having spent a week already packing and moving items myself into my new place and so it is somewhat annoying I paid for the extra help to then have to do it myself. The two guys were nice people but I found their moving skills rather lacking and would recommend not booking them if you are in a similar situation I was in.
Driver's response:
I’m shocked and feel disrespected, after all we did to make her move smooth as possible. Upon arrival she approached us to move about 12 big heavy boxes from the cellar and I told her that we only account for one flight of stairs in her booking and her words were "I lied sorry". What I did mention to her was that we had to park about 70 metres from her house, and because of where we had to park our van, it would have an impact on the price as the booking was likely to run over time. I told her if she could help bring some of the soft bags in her bedroom downstairs with the helper, it would help speed things up, and she agreed to help with the soft items and move them downstairs. We did the move in 2 hours, she was happy and thanked us and then wrote this review! I found it to be rude ???

George is the most caring and helpful person just like his brother thank god he brought him with him to help because I totally underestimated the time we needed. They both continued helping us and moving our stuff out until after 1am this morning and we are in Liverpool they still had to drive back to Manchester. I can't recommend George anymore if I tried and my husband has said he will be recommending him and your company to anyone who he hears need a van - thank you so much for making a very difficult 24hrs go so well. Best search result from Google I have ever had - professional and polite service!

I just want to say thank you so,so much for saving a very distressing situation today. I was let down by another removal firm which meant I was stranded with a fully packed house and a legal obligation to move today. I would like to thank Tom in the sales team in particular who was very helpful and patient and quickly arranged for and additional driver and helper to move me.
I had only booked a small van with you originally to move 2 plants but the driver ended up taking half a house contents. He was working alone and went above and beyond. Within a couple of hours, another driver and helper arrived and were again extremely helpful and completed the job without fuss.
I really would have been very stuck if it wasn’t for your company and I am so grateful. I won’t hesitate to recommend you to everybody I know!

George was just a couple of minutes late but contacted me to tell me e a toy when he would be there . As with many others we found George ( and his associate Gordon ) to be engaging, professional and proactive in the non nonsense way that he set about the job at hand ! I now know why he is soooo highly rated ! Nothing was too much trouble and in difficult moments ( taking an awkward sofa bed to our first floor lounge up narrow twisted stairway ) he was calm and unflappable ! Bravo and a 5 star service in every way !

Fantastic! A little late, but I didn't live at an easy address to find. Worked really fast, and very polite and chatty driver plus one. Can't fault anything about their service, even agreed to dispose of a chair I no longer needed that didn't fit in our car. 5 star for sure!

Traffic problems outside drivers control delayed arrival, but this was no problem
The driver is very friendly. He has a small trolley that really helps.
He doesn't seem to reply to my email and text massages, so, I had to call him just to know if he is still available.
I got charged a bit more because there was no space to park his big van, so, I had to travel a bit farther to transport my belongings.
Because of the time consumed, I was charged more. To avoid extra charges, make sure there is a space to park his big van.
