Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful He arrived with a bigger van than we’d ordered and charged us more. In order to stop our stuff toppling over we didn’t pack it more than one box high. As the van was bigger than planned we thought that best as it would mean items wouldn’t slide around and fall over. The driver then said that we wouldn’t have been able to have fitted it in the van we should have had and said we’d need to pay extra £75. A bit peeved. If we’d have had to pack into a smaller van we would have done so plus if there were items left over which wouldn’t have fitted then we had already agree do to leave these at our old place as we have friends still living there. In the end we paid £60. The driver was nice enough but I thought asking for more was a bit underhand.	5 years ago
Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful my original driver couldn’t make it due to a family emergency on the day, but the company did everything in their power to make sure my move went as planned. a couple of hours later Darren arrived - he was friendly and really efficient and made the whole process a lot easier! really recommend the company as they went the extra mile despite circumstances outside their control - and thanks especially to Darren!	5 years ago
