He made no fuss about the unexpected extra load ( hmmmm...we forgot to add a few items such as the tumble dryer.....!) and went over and above the call of duty when asked to carry it up a flight of stairs! Driver was not on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful First driver turned up on wrong day, second driver turned up on correct day but to delivery address rather than pick up address. Was supposed to pay �30 for 2 hours Very poor communication.	9 years ago

Man and van on the other hand did not warn my driver so he was almost two hours late. So so was I at work. I deserved money back and the driver should be paid twice.	9 years ago

Roland was brilliant.
