Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful Bogdan was a nice man and drove carefully. He was extremely helpful. All in all it was a very good experience. At the end, he suggested that I owed him for an additional two hours, but I explained that I had booked and paid for 2.5 hours and we had used three, so I only owed him an extra half an hour. He accepted this. He did ask me to pay the congestion charge, which I did, although this had not been factored into my quote. I thin it should have been quoted by your company, based on the pick up address and time. I would use Bogdan again.	8 years ago

However, this had not been communicated to the driver, who showed up with a helper on board for the next job, meaning only one of us was able to ride with the driver and I was forced to take the tube to destination.	8 years ago
