My driver was amazing and very helpful; however, because the company overbooked the drivers and kept changing my drivers, my experience wasn’t very delightful. The service was delivered 4 hours late than the initial hour.

The communication was very bad, I was given the driver details with name and phone number. Which I contacted him and was ok. But today I called him and told me he rejected the job and not coming. This I was not updated and at one point make me felt like really upset. But next few minutes utes later other driver arrived and rang the door bell instead of calling me. I then confirmed he was the right man for my job. So job completed.

The driver that ended up taking the job was passed on from the person I booked to do the job initially and ended up doing really well at a very hard job. He was 4 hours late because of complications with the driver I booked at first and he broke the legs off of my table, but that was the extent of the damage.
Fantastic experience. Julian was on time and super helpful. The ladder I had was slightly longer than for a small van so he gave me his details to pay the extra amount of bigger van. It was very smooth and no stress. Thank you Julian!

He was late but he rang ahead of the scheduled time to inform me which I appreciated and even helped me move the items.
Julien is very friendly and was incredibly helpful. He helped with un and offloading of all my boxes. Did a great and efficient job. After the job was done he even gave me a lift to the nearest station as the storage place was quite remote. I would highly recommend him again.

Iulian was amazing! Cannot recommend him enough!! Not only was he a genius at fitting all my belongings (I had a 25 sq ft Storage unit pretty full) but was super helpful with the move and a very nice chat! We hope him the best :)
Best move I had so far. The driver was very chill and a good conversationalist which made the trip look shorter than it was. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Very disappointed by the timing and would struggle to recommend. That being said once the driver arrived he was fantastic. Would welcome a follow up call to discuss.
