The original driver who accepted the offer did not appear, so the service staff found another driver which is good to accept the order, though 3 hours later. There were some confusion regarding the parking space in the destination, so the driver is a bit impatient, which is understandable. The moving took longer time than expected as I am not familiar with the destination and thought it would be as easy as the start place. I have paid extra for the service, which is reasonable. But I think the driver could be more patient. One of my vases for plants was broken, which is partly due to my poor packing but I guess the driver may be a bit careless due to the temper.

John was great, supper fast in getting all my boxes into the van and also patient whilst I collected the keys to my new build house. I’d booked a 2.5 hrs to allow the loading and unloading and extra time to allow key collection.
Also, this job was on was on the hottest day of the year and John was still super professional. I proved John with a litre bottle of chilled water too

The driver was quiet but kind. He waited patiently when I wasn't around and took great care of my belongings. He helped me load and unload the entirety of the van with a smile. His driving was swift but very cautious, and he made sure not to make abrupt turns and avoid bumps to not damage my belongings. Overall perfect experience !

I couldn’t not recommend John enough. What a fantastic gentleman who helped me move my whole flat’s contents in about 20 mins! Went above and beyond to help me move by myself. John was excellent with helping me with my cat who was very nervous.
No task is too much for John and he has my stuff in and out within minutes. Very efficient and clearly very experienced with complex moves. This was a very big change for me and I couldn’t recommend John more to anyone going through the same. Made the whole process a million times easier.
