The driver was very polite and friendly, was readily willing to assist with loading and unloading the goods. Communication from the management side could be a little better, but I’ve had absolutely no issues with the driver himself.
Driver was good but disappointing level of business service overall as I was left at the drop off point and not taken home even though I have paid for extra time.

Your site says a medium van takes 2.4m but it only takes 2.2m according to SK removals so I was charged an extra £25 cash, on my delivery. Maybe change the site description of a medium van.

By far the most efficient removal I have ever seen. The driver was helping and finished the job in half the time I estimated.

Everything went super well. Due to heavy traffic the van arrived a bit later but I was notified with enough time and it didn’t affect on anything.
They were very helpful and the day before, without a problem, they changed the size of the van after I sent pictures of what I had packed-which was more than I thought and then, they suggested to get a bigger van (and so grateful they did)
I moved to a third floor (no lift) and the driver was extremely helpful and nice!
I would 100% recommend it and I’ll contact them again as I need some furniture for the flat.

Fab job, really liked the services, I would recommend them to anyone, though please ask for inventory lookup before so not to book a smaller vehicle. Otherwise the services were flawless.

There was no blankets or straps in the van that's my only negative comment... Other than that he was extremely polite and very helpful I would happily use him again

Fantastic. He was really respectful and courteous. We had men to do the loading and unloading but he gave a hand where necessary. That was very kind of him. We literally finished before the two hours elapsed because he came on time and assisted. I will definitely use him and his van again next time.

He has years of experience and knows what it’s like on both end so he makes sure he’ll do his best to make things go as smoothly. He checked in with me a few days before when I booked in regards to how many boxes/belongings I had just to make sure it can all fit. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely hire him again if I can!
