He helped me carry my bags up two flights of stairs when I offered to get them myself, and then when one of my bags was forgotten he drove an extra 5 hours in total to get it back for me! Amazing!

Driver was late, probably due to last minute driver change but that was irrelevant after I witnessed the care he took with my belongings. He was really fast, friendly and definitely went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Wonderful service, will use again!
The driver arrived late for half an hour and showed an unhappy face. After I loaded my stuff during the ride he kept calling someone to complain and even stopped somewhere for half an hour and threatened to return to return to where I started and asked me for more money. At least he didn't officially kidnap me so I should be grateful.

Driver wouldn’t help put items in the house because he was scared of the family dog. People do have dogs and he could easily have been put safely in the garden with a bit of communication between me and the driver but driver was too busy on his phone so heavy items I’d paid for help with got left on the front drive until someone else came over to help. A service, but not a happy, helpful service.

Driver was early, and very helpful and nice, he helped us load everything in the van fro our 3rd floor apartment (we had a lift, thank goodness) even protected with cardboard the office chairs so they wouldn't get scratches. He is also a very very good driver, very smooth, I will definitely recommend him to anyone.

The van turned out to be small for the ONE item I needed to move (a fridge). I had to wait for another larger van and was charged extra 30 pounds, although I paid upfront 85 pounds for a small van that didn't fit the fridge.
I think your service should include diameters of vehicles compartments so customers are better informed when deciding on the van size. Obviously, I couldn't imagine a single item wouldn't fit. No boxes, no furniture, just a fridge freezer.

The driver, Ali, was fantastic and very helpful. The street we moved onto was difficult, due to a lack of parking, but he was calm throughout and couldn't have been anymore accommodating. I would recommend using their services to anyone.
Overall good service. I am a bit unhappy about being rushed by the driver as they were originally a bit late which is understandable. However if I pay for certain amount of time I expect to be served for the time I pay. Did a 2h booking and did let the driver go after about 1h of work but being feeling rushed is not nice.
Driver was however friendly and did offer to help even tho no help was needed.
If I needed I would probably book again.
Driver went over and beyond as there was suppose to be someone at pick up to assist and they did not turn up. Driver loaded heavy item on his own. Would definitely use this website again.

Michail was exactly what I needed. He was early (with a call beforehand to check that was ok) and carefully helped me remove and load my belongings. He packed the van with care and strapped larger items where necessary. It was a smooth operation and he was very polite. I would recommend him to anybody considering using his services.

Driver didn't help with lifting until he was running late for his next job and was under the impression job was for 1 hour when it was booked for 2 hours.
Michael is kind and called me the day before the move to confirm the schedule. The driver was also kind and helpful in loading and unloading my stuff to my new place. Highly recommend
