The driver was extremely accommodating and was with us after 15 minutes of us booking as our furniture didn’t fit in our car! He helped load it onto the truck and even unloaded it for us when we arrived home. Couldn’t fault the service, he was VERY helpful and super friendly too!

The driver (Costel Tablan) was polite, very helpful and professional during the moving period however, I was billed twice and the driver came an hour late. Overall, I feel exploited and cheated because I was forced to make double payment. Extremely poor service, lack of transparency and sincerity from the company

I am shocked that the driver was only paid about 20% of the fee that I paid…it seems grossly unfair to me…
Driver was kind, but showed up an hour late to the collection point. Definitely won't be using them again, as what was essentially a 50 minute job cost £142 - as the cheapest quote! Definitely worth using tried-and-tested, friend-recommended businesses.

Our driver Sam was brilliant, helped us out with everything and followed instructions well. The only reason he was late was because of how isolated our area is. He went above and beyond, would recommend him any day!
There are clearly a mix up he was only expecting to move a few items, not a room move. The driver was amazing and suggested this is not unusual, he went above and beyond.
Great experience - quick and easy!
I had booked a medium van.A day before the move, the driver cancelled and the company arranged for a new driver.The new driver arrived late without any trolley and started ranting after seeing my luggage.Even though i had booked a medium van and also gave my estimated number of boxes.He asked me to bring all the luggage to the lift and did not do it himself even though loading and unloading was part of my package. Literally threw my stuff inside his van.Had no straps or blankets and kept arguing with me and with another person on phone throughout. On arriving at the destination, he threw my luggage in front of my building and refused to bring my stuff to my apartment and argued for another 20 minutes. Caused such a drama in front of the people. I have never had such a traumatic move before. The company guy at the other end was not able to get things together and i suffered physically and mentally. I would never get this company services again and would recommend all to be careful of such unprofessional tactics.
Informed 30 minutes before due time that substitute removal company would be coming. Ordered driver and another man for heavy lifting but driver brought his wife. After loading, the driver exchanged his wife for a male helper and both completed the move satisfactorily.

I would like to make a formal complaint! And the company to contact me. Paid over £600 and was made to put the boxes in the van ourselfs between me who has a trapped nerve in my back my dad who has blood clots in his legs and my husband. Then we arrived at the destination and he told us we needed to hurry up and unload the stuff because he had another job on and didn’t help to bring any of it inside was made to put it all outside so he can drive away. Certainly wasn’t worth the money we may aswell have rented out a van for half the price!
I used way less time than anticipated
The driver was a little late but they let us know this would be the case beforehand which was fine and good of them to be kept informed.
The driver was very polite and we hand casual conversations as we were loading and unloading the van. The driver helped us plan with how to pack the van and how to take it inside to our new property which made the move quick, easy and efficient.
We finished a lot a quicker than we expected. I would definitely use Pavel again for his services!
I wouldn’t recommend this service to anybody, I was cancelled on three times prior, I was supposed to of moved last weekend for them to cancel last minute, the driver was on time but complained about the intensity of the work, had to politely remind that you’ve been paid for 4 hours (which I didn’t even use all of) this is your job, you can’t exactly complain when my move is a week late

The day started by our previous driver telling us Compare The Man and Van cancelled the job. Impossible to get to any form of customer service. Finally about 1h before our set moving time, Darius and his colleague accepted the job. They were absolutely fantastic. They were on time and did the job quickly and efficiently, despite some awkward shaped pieces of furniture. Thank you again !
Rang to change time as had double booked and then felt they rushed everything to get to next job I paid for 3.5 hours but only used them for 2

The whole process was fantastic. Unfortunately, the driver I'd originally booked cancelled, but Compare the Man & Van sorted it all out and Mifinity took my booking instead. It all went so smoothly - the driver was polite, helpful and prompt.
I'd highly recommend Compare the Man & van - I'd have been struggling to get a driver myself at the last minute if I'd booked directly. they took care of it.
And I'd highly recommend Mifinity, who did the job.
