An hour and a half late, but called me early enough to let me know they'd be late.
When Alex and his team arrived, they were extremely quick at getting the move done from house to van, then at the other end.

Driver was late but he informed that he will be late by 30 min, Driver was in rush to load and unload items , one of my chest of drawers got damaged.
Our driver was late but did call to let us know and kept us updated on when they’d arrive. They worked quickly and all items arrived safely to their new home
It was awful nothing has been as planned
Overall pretty good. Came with blankets but not straps. Very efficient and got all my stuff into the van in half an hour which was impressive.
Worst man and van ever - very rude, came late and at end of delivery left everything in a pile outside the house and went away without moving anything inside. I would strongly recommend that you remove this company from those that you are recommending, and reimburse the cost of £140 that I had of hiring local people to complete the move inside the house of the items.
Please also provide the names of individuals and company involved in this move so that I can take appropriate legal action for obvious breach of contract.

MLN&GRT Logistics helped us move today from Canary Wharf to Fulham, the experience has been incredible and we have been so impressed! Alex and his friend/team were super helpful, professional and unbelievably efficient! We were very stressful about moving home before it actually happened, luckily Alex and his friend/team made everything so easy and even enjoyable for us, definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to move homes!

Had to make 2 trips as the large van was not as big as I had imagined, but he extra cost was reasonable. The driver worked incredibly hard.
Original driver cancelled 30 minutes before the expected pick up which caused chaos, I would stay clear of this website and anyone connected to it
They arrived almost 1 hour late with barely an apology and weren’t very careful with our items.
Lovely helpful drivers. Just very late (about an hour and a half) but did let me know and it was due to traffic.

My driver was not on time as the original driver cancelled 1h before my booking - so I would not pay attention to that from my experience.
It was 3 people who helped me move all my stuff, they were very quick and efficient. They drove all my stuff from London to Bristol and was unpacked in 5 mins tops.

The worst nightmare of a move you can imagine! We got MLN&GRT Logistics as a last minute replacement for a different service. We got three Russian guys who were rough, utterly disrespectful and careless. They had the air of a guy who had his mates over for some quick money. Not in any way professional. Instead of spending 5 minutes to plan what to put where in the van so that everything would fit in, they just started to toss in things randomly. Hood Guy barked at me for not loading things into the car although they had arrived with 3 guys instead of the one guy booked. When the van was almost full and I reminded them that we had big pieces left, Tattoo Guy started to complain I should have told him earlier, which I had done right from the start. The young one was the only reasonable one who confirmed that I had told them. Unfortunately he always got barked at by Hood Guy whenever he tried to be decent. When the van was full, we had loads of stuff left because of their careless planning. The way they dumped in the pieces they also didn't care at all about scratching things. Since they were three, I couldn't even drive back in the van so had to waste another car journey. When unloading, they didn't even bother to bring stuff upstairs, they just did the minimum possible and dumped furniture pieces in the middle of the hallway for me to carry away. Then they slacked off at the car with the sofa because they couldn't get through the mess they had made in the hallway. Never, ever use these guys. They are a nightmare!
Great service ! Highly recommend! Everything was on the spot on the top I had asked drivers if they could help me take the fridge freezer outside for collection and without any problem they have kindly took it out. Thank you !!! I had to take the train and by the time I have arrived everything was already in the new flat.
The drivers were great , on time and very helpful. The system has a problem i booked for second floor but it wasn’t on my invoice.

I give it one star because I can't give it less, the driver said that he would return all the things to the van if they didn't pay him an extra £30, we never refused to pay him we just ask him to do it through the page where we hired him and he refused because he didn't want to pay TAX for that £30 if you don't want someone to threaten you with taking your things better don't hire these people they were very disrespectful 0% recommendable

One of the driver's was a little rough with the furniture and scuffed the walls a little, but a big issue I had was that my confirmation said there'd be two passenger seats, however they weren't aware they were supposed to have those seats and had needed more help for a different job, meaning I had to get a train to the drop off location, which took a lot longer than the drive. They went and did another pick up during the time which I said I was alright for them doing as I was in no rush to get my things, but having to take a train obviously cost me money and took more time than I was expecting. I think you need to be clearer to your users and drivers about passenger seats, as had I known I couldn't be a passenger I would have made arrangements for someone to be at the drop off point to save them waiting for me to get there.
