However, we cannot be held responsible for events or circumstances beyond our control (i.e breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, major traffic delays, or customer delays etc.) if for any reason we are unable to complete your collection/delivery within the specified date/times, then we will contact you immediately and complete our deliveries at the soonest opportunity.

*. Please insure to provide full information, details of the items boxes, appliances,bags, furniture etc before booking, as our service man with van. If you would like full removal service then we need to be aware in order to provide a reasonable,based on fare trade price.
*. For rubbish clearance our quote dosnt include the items which they need to go to tip, it's for the time of our service. You need to have permission to tip from a recycling centre, or if you would like us to take it to the tip, we are more than happy to do so with charge. It's your responsibility to insure by law that your rubish to be disposed legally. We are licence rubbish remover.
