My driver, Nadarasasuntharam Suntharampillai, was great. Super helpful and professional.
The first removalist that I had booked through Compare The Man & Van, SREMOVALS LTD, cancelled on me on the morning of the move! I only found out 45 minutes before my booking when I tried to contact them and it went straight to voicemail. I was quite disappointed in the service because I had not received any communication from SREMOVALS LTD that they no longer able to do it... they just left me to find out on my own. And what a stressful way to find out! Annoyingly, I paid for the service weeks in advance so you would expect a greater level of professionalism from them.
Luckily, Compare The Man & Van's customer support was able to find me a replacement removalist, Nadarasasuntharam Suntharampillai, who came to my rescue last minute. As I said, he was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I would NOT recommend SREMOVALS LTD! What a shocking way to treat a customer when moving house is stressful enough already.
