Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful Driver is a heavy smoker, there was some smell of smoke in the back of the van (much heavier in the front), they also insisted that as it was their van they would be smoking on the journey (I have asthma and was unable to travel with the van due to this). However they did get my things to where they needed to go and waited for me to arrive from the train station so we could unpack the van (this was all within the time allotted for the move).

I hired two vans, going from one house, to two different houses miles apart. Both were fantastic. I didnt even realised one of the vans I'd booked had cancelled before CMV had replaced with one if equally high ratings. They were amazing, and worked out better, as he brought a colleague who helped him make fast work of the loading and unloading. They removed a lot of the stress of moving through their professionalism and competence. Stored my stuff properly, covered and strapped in, unloaded in even less time. Just so great and friendly. They managed everything, including manoeuvring their very large van in a tiny lane at my first pick-up, without any stress. I was kind of anxious beforehand but they made me feel calm all the way through. They were 5 mins early and were really efficient in my move which involved getting belongings plus large pieces of furniture from a sixth story flat to a two floor maisonette. John and his colleague packed up my soft furnishings (sofa and mattress) with the protective items I had bought but not applied, and this was done to a fantastic standard. There were plentiful blankets and straps in the van and space for me to travel which I appreciated. John & his colleague were fantastic in unloading the items and even offered to reassemble my bed for me on arrival. Thanks for your support in my move, you made the day much easier!

They were bang on time, in exactly the van they’d promised, and they moved the contents of my 2bed flat in record time. They were also super friendly and polite, and took great care not only of my stuff but of my walls - the first movers I’ve ever used who didn’t take chunks of plaster with them 🤣 Finally, it’s a small thing but I was especially impressed that they’d brought their own doorstop - these guys really did think of everything. They took apart and rebuilt my bed as part of their service, let me travel with them in the van (masked, as per C-19 guidelines), had all the straps and blankets required, and got a large, fragile mirror and bulky sofa up and down two flights of stairs all in one piece. I would recommend them to anyone.
A note about the site- the original driver I booked was "unavailable" for some unexplained reason (it happens, I'm sure) but it was not until the day before my move that I was sent a text to put me together with John- the original driver didn't answer any e-mails or texts so time was wasted. A bit anxiety-provoking to only have certainty that your move is taking place the evening prior. I also booked calls in advance with the site operators to ask about my logistic requirements but was never called back. Not a great start as moving is stressful at the best of times. John and his driver made up for this uncertainty with his ease and professionalism. Would recommend Fast Any Moves again 100%. | 3 years ago |

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful The team was very professional, on time and sending text message before arrival, got all the boxes and funiture into the van in no time, took good care of my plants and fragile goods (all in perfect condition) asked what needs to go into the flat first on the other end, which made it so much easier to unpack, sent a text update once they were on the way and unloaded equally quickly. I did a couple of moves (including cross-county) in the past but this was the easiest and most stress-free. The team being so efficient (and very friendly) saved us so much time during unpacking. The price was very reasonable and the service impeccable! I can warmly recommend them and will contact them again for any future (hopefully not too soon) moves.

I cannot recommend them enough. I moved the contents of my garage which was full, onto a boat via a window. There were large flightcases full of heavy kit and they did the lot. I'm staggered actually. I've been a sound engineer for a few years and they outdid everyone I've ever met. My plan was to get them to move the stuff beside the boat and then unpack and load the cases myself but they literally lifted and loaded the cases full of stuff right through a big window. I could not recommend his services enough. He text me 30 minutes prior to his arrival . I booked them for 6 hours, whole job was done in 6.15 hours which included emptying from a Level 1 flat to a 3 storey house. The 6.15 hours included travel time from Surrey to Nottingham (163 miles) First class job, I rarely tip as you pay for the service but felt compelled to tip them as I was so appreciative of their services.

They cracked on with everything and unfortunately, I thought the drop off was 1 floor but it ended up being 2 and they were still happy to plough through. The driver and his mate arrived 10 mins early and swiftly packed the lorry, securing the heavier items and wrapping fragile ones in blankets. A load of assorted boxes, huge plastic bags, baby equipment buggies and cots, bicycle, musical instruments were loaded safely and secured and travelled on aa 3 hour journey unloading equally successfully at the other end. A very good value for money service - without any hassle at all in booking, paying or delivering

They were very clear on being within the nooked time allotted and conscious of it so they will not take you for a ride. They even offered their tools to help dissemble a bed. Excellent service all round. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the driver that was meant to come thought it was OK not to use protective covering such as gloves and mask. In this awful time it should be compulsory they're putting people's lives at risk by touching people's things. They cancelled the job as I insisted that they use protection and that was very stressful for me. It was delt with but it still made my day more stressful than it should've been

The gentleman was very polite and very helpful. I booked a 3 hour slot but we managed to complete the job within 1 hour and 10 minutes. It is the first time I have used this service but I know I would certainly use them again. Mr James | 3 years ago |

At the destination also carried items upstairs as required even though we hadn’t specified this originally. Can not recommend highly enough.
