Yasser and his friend took incredible care with our belongings. We were in awe at how quickly they moved everything. The only thing to be aware of is this website gives you a price for a one way trip, we weren’t aware of this and then had to pay more on the day. We were fine with this, because Yasser was 100% transparent about it. We cannot recommend them highly enough, they were both very polite and hard working.

I was feeling uneasy about the move when I texted me driver 3 weeks and 1 day before the move with no reply. An hour before the move, the driver calls and says he is in Croydon (I live in Bethnal Green) and that he is canceling but someone else will come. 35 minutes after my scheduled time, two people came with a glorified mini-van and have little to no experience moving anyone. Told me it would be: multiple trips that would cost £150 for every extra trip and they tired after moving the first item of furniture. I had to cancel them after one trip and find an emergency mover with an actual van at 5:30pm on the same day. This was a stressful disaster for me. I don’t recommend this company or this website for that matter.
Move was smooth and overall experience was great!
I didn’t have any valuable items apart from my road bike that I asked them twice to be very careful and that I didn’t want any scratch on it. They placed it laying on top of other items (cloth dryer rack!) without any blanket and with one strap. It has now minor scratches. This only is disappointing. Other than that they were very quick. I am sure they could have done it in 2 hours but took them 2.04’.
Both gentlemen (apologies I didn’t catch their names) were phenomenal. They moved some seriously heavy furniture during a heatwave (37°C+) without any complaints. Would highly recommended and will seek their services in the future.
Whatever you do, DO NOT book these guys as they will NOT take care of your items. Several items were broken and went missing in transit, the drivers clumsily knocked into the walls/doors of my flat and left my items lying around in public on a busy pedestrian street.
I tried to ask for compensation but be WARNED: no one will help you. I've sent 7 consecutive emails to the driver/website and followed up with multiple calls, only to be ignored for a month straight.
If you want a stress free move, please do yourself a favour and hire professionals.

The guy arrived early, which was good for me (he offered to wait if I needed more time). Friendly and efficient.
To their credit, the guys arrived early but to my surprise, three people showed rather than two. Further, they all worked very hard and we managed to finish well before time. However, owing to the early arrival and their rapid efficiency, I forgot a few things (we were moving home) and some items now need to be collected tomorrow (thankfully we have a spacious rental car). The guys also asked if that's everything?, thus I guess it's mostly my fault. I'd certainly use them again

Arrived slightly earlier than the allocated time after checking with me first. Very polite and efficient. I was moving a large aquarium which they handled carefully and delivered safely. Overall excellent.

The driver and other guy were very nice and took the heavy items we needed them to take. We paid for 2.5 hours and only got them for an hour. They gave us one trip from our original house to our new property, we were under the impression that we could have multiple trips within the 2.5 hours we paid for.

But I’m very disappointed at the original driver as he didn’t show up and sent me any notice for not coming. Customer service said the car was broken but still, I think he can at least call/text me for this so I can re-arrange. I was waiting at the pick up point at 2 until 5 to get a replacement which was absolutely nightmare.

Driver I initially booked with cancelled last minute and so new driver helped last minute. He called ahead of time to advise would be about 30 mins late. Move went smooth though we had some delays due to traffic.
The diver and his mate are helpful and useful... try to handle all items carefully. Give me a call before being late due to the traffic. Spoke to the boss who is also being reasoonable. Will use again for sure.

Not a very reliable service.. Called at time to say the driver has cancelled and then deferred the time by 4.5 hours.. It can give you jitters when you are ready to go and someone says your booking has an issue.. Online services not very reliable.. Freeze fridge was laid down as can was not a good height

My driver was Bogdan - an amazing, efficient and polite guy who showed up right on time, was respectful to my precious items and was a joy to chat to. We needed precisely 2 hours for the job which included 2 drop-off locations; the move was great value for money and absolutely stress free.

The driver was late but called in advance to tell me that and was very apologetic. There was difficulty getting some of the furniture into the house but the men were very helpful trying different ways to get it in with final success. Would use again.
The team were really helpful, we underestimated how much we were taking with us AND we had some very heavy items, These 2 guys were very positive and didn't complain - they just got on and did the job. HIGHLY recommended!

My driver was running slightly late due to rush hour traffic, however, informed me by call and apologised. He was extremely helpful and moved everything very quickly. Very chatty and happy! He had made my moving experience very positive, smooth and problem free.

Poor communication. I sent a detailed list of the items to be moved. I selected the size of van I thought suitable. No one called me to say I needed to book a bigger load. The drivers turned up and loaded everything described then said the cost would be more as I booked the wrong size van. Yet everything fitted inside.
I also emailed twice and to ask
If a passenger could travel with the removers. I was told yes. Small print says at discretion of the driver. Too late to turn up and then say ‘ not told about a passenger’ and drive off without him! Just as well I was at the other end to meet the van but the person moving had to catch the train the 200 miles north
The can cost an additional £40. So please beware when booking to double check the price even if you provide a complete list of items snd number of boxes.
I can’t fault the driver and mate as they were only doing their job. I do blame Zowie who said - passenger allowed. She never said please ring the owner of FO Removals ? Wonder if they realise what FO stands for!?!
I emailed customer services first thing this morning re my complaint and emailed Zowie as well. NOBODY took the courtesy to ring me back.
I won’t be using Conpare the MSM and van again and I recommend anyone who does speaks to the removers direct to discuss their load and also confirm directly if a passenger accepted. This could have been a real issue if the removers got to the destination and had to wait a couple of hours for the home owner to turn up to let them in to off load.

They took loads of care with the breakables and wrapped them in blankets. Thank you for such a great service.

This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The driver was extremely rude and forced me to help him with the move as he had overbooked and had another job very soon. I have a bad back and I did not appreciate being forced to help him. He also did not offer me change for the 70 pounds that I gave him (the cost was 61 so I was owed 9 pounds change) and just drove off.
He also brought a small van when I had paid for a large one.
Ideally I’d like a refund for this service as it was genuinely appalling.
Driver's response: "I am very sorry for what happened however the client changed the time of the booking three times and I had another booking shortly after his. Andre reassured me that I would finish the booking very quickly. I had no choice but to ask Andre to help me lift certain items because I could not physically lift them alone. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this caused."
Overall a very good driver and clean van. He was very careful when stacking my boxes and even had a strap to keep my bike stable during the journey.
Brilliant - on time, swift support on moving all of our stuff out of the flat. I was worried there wouldn't be enough space but after some excellent tetris-manoeuvring we were all good. Then we drove a smooth 200 miles to our destination and again, some tricky unloading was made easy. The whole experience was stress-free and i would 100% use Frunza and the site again

Whilst everything went well I am slightly annoyed that I paid extra for a driver and helper and there was only one person. I could have paid about £20+ less for the same service. This is annoying. I expect to get what I paid for. Having said there was a cross trainer to move the driver had no idea what this weighed- had it been a gym sized one he would have struggled - it wasn’t easy for him as it was!
