Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful Hi, we have had a driver booked for 4pm. No one showed up, we were trying to call him directly many times but it went directly to the voicemail. We then called customer service and they were managed to get us a new driver that came about 1.30 minutes after the original schedule time. We appreciate the service but at the same time we were a bit upset about the situation as it only extended our move and we also had plans for the evening that we needed to cancel. We would like to request a refund/discount for the inconveniences. The driver who arrive at the end was very nice and would rate him 5stars. CMV response: We are very sorry that you experienced this delay with your move and we do have a lateness refund policy you will find attached to your booking confirmation. As soon as we were aware of the situation we worked to send a replacement driver with the earliest estimated time of arrival, so you were not let down for your move.	7 years ago

Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful Driver tried to overcharge me and insisted that I will have to pay £50 for 2nd trip even though I had booked for three hours and it's 10 min drive to where I was moving. Had to call customer service but he still insisted that "the office" don't decide for what price he works because he is a contractor and only he can give me his price. Only after I called customer service second time and gave the phone to him, he agreed to pay reasonable £5 for additional trip plus £0.8/mile Thank you customer service, boo to the driver	7 years ago

You office did offer to reimburse a cab charge for the person inconvenienced by the lack of seating.. The offer was declined and the inconvenienced person found alternative ways of getting to the property.. The driver and assistant were very jolly, however the van service felt somewhat overpriced despite having agreed to the figure of	9 years ago

Didn't have straps and blankets, but we didn't need them. Our first time getting a van to move, and it certainly is worth it.	9 years ago
