He got in touch ahead of the pickup to chat through the extra costs involved (congestion charge and toll), and recommended a different vehicle based on my items - which was spot on! He also stopped for us on the way to deposit some items to a charity shop.

Everything was done in the end of course but I did not like bargaining from the driver. He arrived 20 minutes early, when I was not ready to start loading the van. Although we finished offloading 20 minutes before my the slot officially ended, the driver demanded to be paid extra 30 minutes, which is ridiculous. ULEZ of course had to be paid extra in cash, driver carries no change so why not have bank transfer as the first option? Bit disappointed with the driver trying to get more money without any reason.

He was nice but a bit late , but can't compalin as this is very understandable in London during rush hours. I really loved that they called me to ensure I get the right size van, first I requested small one but them having seen my stuff description they called me and ensured that I get the right size for the description that I gave so I changed from small to medium van otherwise I would have had to either leave part of my stuff or collect them on another around which would have costed me much more.

My driver was amazing and so helpful, though my booking was cancelled 4 hours before it was expected - and the CTMAV customer services had no idea how to solve it or what had happened.
