The gentleman was timely and kept us informed of exactly when he was going to arrive etc and what to expect. He accommodated us when we needed 2 passenger seats and overall provided great service. Will definitely use this site again!

Everything was done in the end of course but I did not like bargaining from the driver. He arrived 20 minutes early, when I was not ready to start loading the van. Although we finished offloading 20 minutes before my the slot officially ended, the driver demanded to be paid extra 30 minutes, which is ridiculous. ULEZ of course had to be paid extra in cash, driver carries no change so why not have bank transfer as the first option? Bit disappointed with the driver trying to get more money without any reason.

Our driver was punctual and helpful loading the items. We weren't aware there was a load limit for the van. It would have been good to be able to fill the van completely. Otherwise he was friendly and did the job well.
I was called by the driver and was told that I needed to cover the congestion charge and the ULEZ charge. I had to do my own google search after to realise that there is no congestion charge between Christmas and new year and told the driver about it. But i still had to transfer him £12.50 for the ULEZ. I wonder shouldn’t these extra charges should be covered in the initial quote already?

My driver was great. Helpful and very careful with my items. However arrival was over 1,5 hours late and I was asked to pay an extra £70 that wasn’t included in the original cost
Great service and communication. Disappointing that quote didn’t include London charges, as obvious from addresses given the charges would be incurred. Would recommend, but bear in mind extra charges when comparing.
Pickup was reserved for 10AM. The driver did not actually arrive until 3:30PM. There were no meaningful updates and no explanation other than “traffic” for the extreme delay.
The driver did not turn up and was not contactable, nor was CMV only by on online bot... I would absolutely never use this service again and will let everyone I never to never use it. Unacceptable. Made what should have been an easy move an extremely stressful and upsetting day

Disappointed the price was not as advertised, the extra charges should be included on the invoice and I shouldn't have to pay extra based on a random text. I had to cancel this booking. The driver called me about 20 mind before he was due to arrive. He questioned me about the stuff I had to move and insisted a small can would not be big enough. He then said he would have to check the depot and may turn up with a large van. And he was going to he very late. In the 3nd I got all of my stuff into the boot if an Uber Excel! I will he asking for a refund.

I paid a £100 and for a mattress, tumble dry and 4 chairs and there was still plenty of space for bags but he wasn't happy us putting bags in.wouldnt use it again.
