The driver helped me to put my items in and out of the VAN. Nonetheless he didn't help to bring the items upstairs even though I clearly booked that type of service and your company charged me 10 pounds for the stairs. I was very disappointed abaut that and I should be refunded those 10 pounds because I payed for a service that I didn't received.

A great man, he arrived 5 minutes early and helped me, we had a nice chat on the way and everything went well! Would totally recommend him.

Rhafiq was very punctual and went beyond the mile helping me carrying my stuffs. His rate was very reasonable and to be very honest it was money well spent! His van was nice and clean so five stars overall!
