Amazing job! They took care with everything, making sure they are not damaged in any way. I had some delicate items including a piano and they moved them very professionally, without a scratch! Could not recommend more, definitely will contact them in the future if I need to move again.

Best delivery service I have used. These guys arrived early and despite me having to stop to get cash (as FOUR ATM's in a row were empty, they didn't mind). I didn't have to move or lift anything each way. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

The driver was taking the longest route possible and slowed down as soon as he saw traffic lights further ahead despite it being green. We are certain he did this to charge more for his time while he had spare time before his next job. Not impressed at all.

The move went really well. The two guys who attended were quick and efficient whilst taking care of my belongings. Would definitely recommend.
Offered the driver early start due to football, he asked for 9am start instead of 11 then turned up at 9.45. Complained a lot about amount of stuff even though he was being paid for the 3.5 hours. 4 times he complained, 4 times I reminded him paid for 3.5 hrs work, 1 hour of that sitting in a van driving. We finished 45 mins under time, gave both guys a tip, not even a thank you. Sorry but won’t be using them again.

Hi,
The booking was made for a Giant (Luton) van/ 2 man team at 10am. Later the customer changed the time from 10am to 11am, which was fine. After 2 days he changed the time again from 11am to 9.45am. One day before the booking the customer asked if we could come at 9am! In fact, we didn't change the time at all and tried to be as accommodating as possible throughout all these changes. The team actually arrived for this booking at 9.40am.
The customer was moving from a 4 bedroom house. The driver did not complain at all but he did try 4 separate times to explain to the customer that there was no way that all of the goods would fit into the van in one trip. The customer then asked the driver to start loading the big furniture. He also complained that he booked a van for 3.5 hours and that the team would have time to load everything, but it was never a time issue but about the space in the van.

Although I booked 1 driver and 2 helpers only 1 driver and 1 helper arrived. I became the extra helper myself despite not being insured to help and also as a paying customer. Also the driver attempted to reverse the van down a side alley and broke sections of my guttering off with the top of the van as it wouldn’t fit. Happy to provide photo evidence to corroborate my story.

The two removal guys were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were very courteous and polite. It was roasting hot today too, but they just cracked on with the removals and no break. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future. So pleased.

Very nice guys! The move was much easier with them and this is is the 4th time I'm moving in the last 4 years so I've been theough a lot of men in a van. Would definately use them again. Also, we expected to take over 3 hours but finished in just under two which is great and the guys not even once complained having to go down 3 floors woth the furniture, very respectful.

I was badly let down by another company who cancelled one minute before they were due to arrive. I had to move my mother's furniture today. Eugene and his colleague were brilliant. They were magicians in getting the settee through two narrow doorways. They showed great care and attention and I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
