Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful I felt the following statement somewhat underhanded and deceptive considering it was advised after the booking was made as it lends the customer at the mercy of the driver. "Your driver has more than one vehicle. You are paying for a medium van's load space, but your driver may arrive in a bigger van. If you need more load space you may be charged more by the driver (at their discretion)."

Left the packaging thrown across the street. Held my items hostage until I paid the ulez charge which is in fact covered by the company. Driver was rude, threatening and quite frankly didnt care. Overall, this driver is a disgrace. Avoid. This driver could not of been vetted.

One thing I was not aware of was that steps on the outside of the building are also counted as a floor of stairs. Maybe this could be made clearer on the website? He is also an extremely kind person and we had a great chat on the way to the new flat - for any French speakers you will feel right at home, as Sam is French. In conclusion, I will book Sam again for any future moves!

Had all the equipment necessary and took a huge amount of stress out of our move. Could not recommend more for any move. Very happy customer.

Nothing was broken or damaged in the move. They then carried it all up 4 flights of stairs, very hard work done efficiently and with no complaints ! Definitely recommend them to anyone !
