Sorin was not on time but he rung me before asking if it was okay that he was going to be late. It was alright with me. It was such a hassle free move. I had 2 stops on my trip and it all went well. He was considerate with the temp inside the van as well and I am not talkative so the music filled the silence. It was an hour drive so the music helped. Thank you so much!

The driver was superb and very helpful and apologetic. But the delivery was very late due to cancellation from the first driver. I booked 4:30pm and the car came at close to 8pm.

Had this driver assigned after original cancelled, was very friendly and efficient. He called to ask if I wanted an earlier slot and then called again 30 min before scheduled arrival to notify me be approx 10 min late. For clarity, I put no blankets as I didn’t see any but didn’t plan to use so may have missed.
I did feel slightly rushed unloading even though I had 30 mins left after I’d finished, but overall a good experience

Although the driver was 40 minutes late he had contacte us to explain he wa delayed... he called when he was a few minutes from thehouse... excellent... loaded and departed within 10 minutes and delivery completed under the estimated time.... a job well done.... driver was polite and helpful... really careful with the loading and stowing of goods.

The driver was great, he stepped in at the last minute as the one that I had booked a week in advance cancelled the evening before the move.
He helped me loading and unloading the van, even if I booked him just for the drive. The move was very fast and pleasant, made me forget about the stress of the last minute cancellation. The site was also brilliant in finding me an other driver in less than half hour. Thank you!

Everything was fine. Friendly and professional service. A little shame that I still had to pay full price, even though we were able to make it in 1.5 hours instead of 2. But it’s cool since driver is a very good guy. 10/10 would recommend.
