A very professional service, from start to finish. Both me and my property was at all times treated with respect. Loading was efficiently and safely done. Unloading was to the rooms I specified, and also done with great care. They also reassembled my wooden bed frame and my glass and metal dining table, all done properly and no bodging. The two gentlemen who helped us to move were wonderful, they had a skill for getting difficult and large items of furniture out of tight hallways without causing damage to the items or properties. They were very hardworking and we managed to get the move completed in only a few hours.

Despite all the positive reviews both on this site and on Google and Trustpilot, I was still nervous about booking this service, but the guys could not have been any more brilliant. They took great care with everything, ( I had multiple boxes of stupidly fragile glassware, for example, all of which arrived intact!), and were consummate professionals. In terms of value for money, I had received a quote well over £100 more for the period I'd booked, so they are excellent value for money too. They honestly took a load of stress out of a highly stressful move, and I can't recommend them enough. Will definitely use them again.

Aric and his assistant(sorry I can't remember his name) were amazing. They worked incredibly hard moving all my things out of my 4th floor flat without a working lift. They only made positive comments and were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

Matthew and his colleague were amazing, they were very efficient and helpful and got everything done in less time than we thought. They also upgraded us complimentary to a larger van which made a big difference. They were very respectful and made the stress of moving a lot easier. Drivers were super quick and efficient. We had booked 2.5 hours with them but only needed 1.5. We expected atleast one thing to get damaged but all that was was a minor scuff of carpet on the stairs. Overall, fairly happy with the guys!

We were called earlier on the day of our removal with the news that the van would come a bit later than booked due to an issue with the previous customers. Arkadiusz was so kind and apologetic and offered a second assistant to help us -free of charge- for the inconvenience! They were both very nice, attentive with our stuff and very efficient! We will for sure recommend them and use their services again, whenever needed!

Amazing! The guys at easy london removals were so swift and efficient. They made no complaints about stairs or Heavy items, I hadn’t quite finished packing all my belongings, i was a little worried as being a very small girl living on my own, some things were difficult for me to do by myself. I didn’t need to worry as the guys didn’t mind at all! They even helped me to pack and get some items for me that were too high up for me to reach. they were just professional and respected from start to finish, couldn’t recommend them enough. I will defo used them again in the future. Thank you so much for making my move stress free!!
They were great and very hard working. When they arrived, one of the guys walked into our house without a face mask and I asked him to wear it. He then put it on, but removed it halfway through the job and worked without it.

Very helpful. One item was damaged due to a bad driver on the road causing the moving lorry to automatically stop. Not their fault at all, yet they reimbursed us in full and went above and beyond to replace the damaged item.

One of the men carrying the piano kept saying “we actually don’t move pianos so you should pay us extra because our website actually states that we don’t move pianos”.
I found that a bit uncomfortable since I had clearly mentioned that it’s a piano that needs moving and if he doesn’t do that he didn’t have to take the job. I did tip him but felt uncomfortable. They also took a blanket from my house to put on the floor while rolling the piano in whilst I feel they should have been prepared. Otherwise nice respectful and helpful guys.
Really great. Your website however badly underestimate how long the move would take. Ended up being 3x the estimate and 2x my actual booking.

This was a move of a partially dismantled Geo Dome from one community garden to another. Unusual for sure. On arriving promptly they considered the task , the shape of the structure etc and worked out the best way to load it safely . Very efficient. I would certainly highly recommend these Guys. A good service let down by the fact the drivers were over 2 hours late. They did offer me a discounted fee which I declined. I appreciated their hard labour but would rather not have had the inconvenience of poor timing.

I hate to give negative feedback but I will point out that the person was on phone on 3 occasions for 3-4 minutes , I do not consider that as value for money as I was charged £20 pounds for extra 16 minutes which I think is unfair. I will consider them in future but will need to be clear that they do not use phone while at work or compensate for the time if they take calls. Overall no other issues.
Didn’t read the brief and tried to charge extra time for additional work needing doing due to not reading the brief, due to this my home isn’t left the way I wanted it

We started Booking 30 minutes earlier. The client was satisfied because of this, so I don't understand the poor rating for our hard work.
The furniture was to be disassembled. We did it. This is included in the price and we didn't charge for it. We took everything from the apartment. Nothing left.
If we left some furniture, I would ask to take a picture of it as a proof.
