The van was 30 mins earlier which was a good start. The two gentlemen that came in the van were very polite and extremely helpful. The actual moving out from a 27th floor building into another 8th floor building took longer than expected (3 hours) But it was due to our inexperience and miscalculation as to how long it would take. My advice to anyone in my previous situation is to book for at least 4 hours. Our one was for 5 hours but we were extremely happy to pay for the extra hours as the gentlemen took care of our stuff as they were theirs.
Also the guys at the call centre are very helpful and very reliable. I made like 2 mistakes for my bookings and they refunded me quite quickly.
