fast and efficient, we sped through the move with an hour to spare. powered through and made the whole experience much more pleasant than what i was expecting, helped my anxiety.

Unfortunately after stating all the items that was required to move a large van was not supplied despite knowing what items needed to be moved. Also a list was asked and I think it would be helpful if you have an option with the items sizes and dimensions the mover is wanting to move otherwise the removal people don’t come with the largest van when requested a giant van. I believe a 7 tonne Luton van should have been sent out today.

They completed the move in good time, including disassembling and reassembling some furniture, getting some larger items around awkward corners and were very careful with my glass/breakable items. Driver was not on time but was great at messaging to keep me updated. They both worked incredibly hard to fit everything I needed in and were really helpful and cheerful even when we ran over (my fault for not booking enough time!). Would highly recommend

Excellent and friendly service
Tony and his colleague were brilliant and did a great job. They are very efficient and did not mess around, got on with the job as soon as they arrived. They seem very experienced, know exactly what they are doing and are always careful with the furniture. Very respectful as well, always checking with us before move anything. All is done within the time booked. Very glad, would highly recommend!

I booked Tony A to Z Removals literally last minute as I was left with having to move some things to my new place by myself via a taxi and have to leave my stuff in the entrance hall whilst I carried things up the lift to my flat. Fortunately, I managed to book a driver for the same day and he came on time.
The driver (who I presume was Tony!) was very helpful and friendly. He helped load and unload my things and even helped move things up to my flat. During the journey to my new place we had a good chat, which always helps with stressful situations! He kindly allowed me to sit with him in the van, which was extremely helpful, especially considering the present circumstance with Covid.
The driver actually turned up in a bigger van than I booked and already had things in there for someone else, but he used a big piece of cardboard to divide my stuff from the others, and used blankets to protect breakable things. He did ask before loading the van if there was anything I had that was breakable and valuable so that he could make sure they were secure and didn't jolt around in the van during transit, so he was considerate about my things, and he was careful when handling my things as well, so a big plus there.
All round, an extremely pleasant service. I would highly recommend Tony A to Z Removals. I originally booked him for 2 hours but it only took 45 minutes in total from loading to unloading! Made the rest of my move stress free (I had moved some stuff with a friend via taxis the day before. A big no-no!!!).
Tony was just brilliant! He was so kind and helpful! Nothing was toomuch trouble and he was so good at making the most out of the space in the van!

They were incredibly accomodating, especially with some last minute additions to the delivery and were incredibly careful with items, particularly fragile and an unprotected white mattress (not a mark in sight!) The driver was late as we are in a new estate so he had difficulties with SatNav. He was most apologetic and still delivered an excellent service within the allotted time so it caused no problems at all. Overall a good experience

The van was horrible, very small, with broken window and dirty. We have been asked for extra money (we were in time, the driver not) to be paid directly to the driver’s bank account. Absolutely unprofessional.
Driver's response:"In reply to this review I'd like to first of all point out that it's untrue, inaccurate and misleading, and anyone who looks at all my other previous reviews will clearly realise that this type of review is the complete opposite that we always receive.The long and short of it is that this disgruntled customer booked a van that was too small to fit the job at hand in one trip and she was over optimistic to expect to complete this size job within the 2 hour time slot booked.I would also like to mention that the customer did not make any complaints whatsoever, until the job had finished and I told her the additional charges for the mileage charge on the second trip and the extra time incurred. On the morning of the move I discovered that one of my rear cargo windows had been broken into, so I contacted the customer advising her that I might be a little late, whilst I did a temporary repair to the window to make sure nothing could be blown out of the damaged window and that rain could not get in to soil any of her possessions. When I arrived at the road turning for the collection address I was already 6 minutes late but I couldn't access the road as it was temporarily blocked off due to roadworks, so I phoned the customer who gave me directions to guide me in, avoiding the road works, and by the time I arrived at the collection point I was now 14 minutes late.Upon arrival I had a look at everything to be moved and told the customer that my van would not be able to carry everything thing in one trip, but we could easily do it in 2 trips.I would also confirm that my vans are always equipped with furniture blankets and straps to protect and secure customers possessions, which is a condition of our services, as stipulated by the agency, and if any of my vans should turn up without them then it should be reported to the agency straightaway. I'm not sure how the customer interpreted that I was disrespectful to her, as I was not, even when they accused me of trying to overcharge them.I have been in business for 32 years and this is my livelihood, so I cannot afford to disrespect my customers.I would also point out that my van is kept very clean as it also doubles up as my own personal transport, so it is cleaned regularly and I also keep a hand broom in the cab, incase anything needs sweeping up in between jobs.In my opinion this review is totally unreasonable as everything was delivered safely without any damages and within a reasonable time, but this is an act of vindictiveness spite, as the customer was not happy with the extra charges and not the service."

Tony was excellent, he contacted me beforehand to make sure that I had requested the correct sized van, made sure that my items were secure and safe and well wrapped to protect from the rain and dirt and helped me move everything from old home to new safely and securely.
Really appreciate the help from Tony and if it wasn't for him, I would have struggled to move.

The driver was very friendly and made the trip a lot more enjoyable, especially since it was a long one. Luckily for me, he arrived with a medium van rather than the small van I requested because I ended up packing a lot more items than I anticipated and needed the medium size upgrade. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to move just about anything! (livestock not included as we chatted about during the journey :P )

Our experience with Tony and his mate was fantastic. Tony was very jovial to speak to and was thorough with his attention to detail. We had a couple of flatback assembled wardrobes, which he warned us could be risky to transport in that state. He was very cautious while transporting all our goods and thanks to it, all our items we shipped without damage, including the wardrobes. We have moved into a new build and the day was wet. Both of them took utmost caution to wipe their feet and enter, even though they were carrying heavy items, to avoid dirtying the place too much. We would recommend Tony and his mate to everybody .

Tony and Richard were fantastic - moving us safely and quickly despite the snow and ice. Incredibly impressed by the loading of the van - we thought we were going to need a second van but Tony loaded the van carefully and we ended up with room to spare! At all times he kept us informed and checked with us to make sure everything was ok. Could not recommend him more highly. 10/10

Absolute hero. Book Tony for a first class service. He is polite, respectful towards both people and the property being transported. He loaded up all my possessions rapidly but safely and double checked that I had everything I wished to be moved in the van.
