The system sent the driver the wrong address, causing him to have to drive additional mileage to what was initially planned - this should be reimbursed to him.

Compare the Man and Van response:
"This booking was made via the website by the customer themselves from the Collection Address: 4 Abercorn Close London NW7 1JG to the Delivery Address: Flat 17, 3 Ann Street London N1 7FF.

The customer will, therefore, be responsible for any additional miles due to the change in collection postcode, as we rely on the customer to put in the correct collection and delivery postcodes when booking in."

Vitaly was very patient and accommodating . And was a master packer. We were able to get all our boxes into his fan due to his expert packing ability. The drive was hassle free and easy. Would recommend Vitaly over and over again.

Didn’t really help us with the move. We booked stating there were stairs but offered no help with them. Was preoccupied with his phone.

Hi!
This morning I arrived at 9.40 am when the booking was at 10 am. I called them and we started at 9.50 am. I loaded alone all the stuff from their house into the van. When arriving at the destination I had a problem with the internet and I had to speak with my phone supplier (for about 10-15min), and after that I helped them carry all the stuff from the van to the lift. I'm sorry, but I really worked hard for this order.

I really do not understand why she said I did not arrive on time, when we arrived even earlier. we talked nicely to the customers, we helped them all the time except for the 15mins while we solved the problem with the internet. Finally I asked if everything was ok and they said yes. I'm sorry about the bad experience with them.
