Although the driver was late, he did warn me about the traffic. He was very helpful. I can recommend him of any other jobs.
Driver was friendly and helpful, he also kept in good contact so you knew he was on his way.

The driver was unprofessional, did not help with moving only loading the van and offloading and stayed talking on his phone before and after driving.

Driver is good and very helpful but instructions on stairs were not clear and driver asked for an additional £60 because of some stairs at entrance. Made my move pretty expensive for a 4min drive.

I had a last minute change of driver as my previously booked driver cancelled on the day of the move. Abass came to the rescue.
Even though he was late due to the traffic and last minute change of drivers, he did a great job.
I booked a driver without any help, but he was with a friend, and they both helped. We moved two flats from north to south in 2.5 hours! He and his friend helped a lot. They were polite and fast. They had straps and multiple trolleys.
I can't recommend them enough!
Have been waiting for the driver from 2pm until 5:30.
At 5:15 he texted - “too much stress for him” as he is still on previous order. Didn’t pick up the phone. Made me very upset as I had to move the luggage today. Now it’s dark. Where should I look for new drivers for now. Very poor experience. No one refunded the money, no one paid for waiting time. Very disappointed about service.
My driver was 2h15 min late without notice and did not even apologize.

I had read all the reviews and I took the negotiating the extra fees up front. I paid £65 extra, but my total did not exceed 200 so I am pleased with the total amount. Both driver and helper were very pleasant and worked fast with no issues. Compare the Man and Van as a service, however, is a different story. They cancelled my move 20 minutes after the driver was due to arrive. Then changed driver again. This way you have no control over picking your driver and you will just get assigned some rando. I was happy with my team but your mileage may vary.
Great team who worked amazingly efficiently and had the truck loaded and unloaded in 3 hours. Driver was only 20min late despite the ice and snow and getting called last minute when the original driver was unavailable

After paying for the booking in full online , the driver asked my partner to pay extra for their services. We booked 1 driver plus 1 person to help as my partner can't lift heavy things but somehow he was made to feel like he owned them extra money for doing the job we already paid for. Very unprofessional.

Great guys - professional and very quick
The driver was 30 minutes late. We paid for a driver + 1 helper. Only the driver appeared and said that the helper was on his way and would take 45 minutes. In the end the helper didn't show up and we had to help load everything into the Van with the driver.
I made bookings 2 hours with 1 mover to help out. When the driver Abbas arrived, he asked about items I have and requested for £30 top up and threatened to leave my things there if I do not agree.
Throughout the move, he was very unhelpful - chatting with nearby ppl, thank god I have a friend with me to help me out. He was barely helping, with only my friend and me transporting items from my flat down to the truck, and from the truck up to new flat (with lift of course). He was at most just loading and unloading few items from truck - we did part of loading and unloading too.
Despite my friend and me doing all the carrying and lifting from flat to truck back and forth, the job was done in 1.5 hrs, and he still demanded additional cash.
He previously already had bad reviews, he was assigned to me last minute as the driver I requested could not make it. He is really not a driver you would want to serve your customers. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost.
My driver did not arrive. The contract was broken! My deposit has been taken. If not returned then legal action will be sought!
Driver asked for more money, when everything was done, despite taking only 1 of 2 hours booked, and the loading by myself. Absolute blackmail. Customer should be given the option to change the driver with many bad reviews. And the agency should act upon them.
I was charged for 2 helpers and a driver when only 2 people arrived who only took a handful of items for what I was charged. Joke. And they ended up missing off items that were listed anyway! Furniture and items broken and dirty. Joke.
Some well packed glasses and bowls were in pieces when I unpacked them. Also, one of the feet on my bed was broken. I wasn't told about this and only found out when I went in the kitchen and found it on top of another box, not good!!!
The driver was 1,5 hours late because there was a tube strike and lots of traffic. He was generally nice but complained that I had too much stuff and one of his helpers said that he will break his back by moving my stuff. They finished 1 hour early as there was nothing else in the van. Some of my stuff didn’t fit in the van - I do t know whether it was because they packed it incorrectly or in the wrong order so the test couldn’t fit in the van. The place I was moving to was only 2 min drive on the next street but the driver didn’t want to go back to take the rest of my stuff.
So now I have to hire another van to take the test. On top of that the driver said that your company won’t pay them much - 60 percent of what I paid already and he requested another 100£ In cash . Otherwise he refused to take my stuff. So I payed additional 100£ on top of what I already paid.
Some of paintings and boxes are damaged not to mention that the walls of the new building got skratched and I have to pay for damaging the walls . This was an awful experience and I want a partial refund for this job. This is unacceptable.

Was late but that’s fine because the last driver cancelled and this was a last min booking compare man and van organised. Upon arrival the driver said I had too much stuff and said even though it would fit the van he wanted £70 extra, doubling the amount. I also paid extra for a set of stairs either way and he just handed everything for us to take up and down the stairs. Did the move very quickly, quicker than the time we paid for, but that’s because we had to move most of it up and down the stairs without break. Unpleasant experience and spoke to me quite rudely at times - I ended up paying more but didn’t pay the £70 extra as that made no sense. Some furniture is chipped. Wouldn’t recommend to be honest.
The driver & helper, were very helpful, kept in contact with me re arrival and very Professional, Polite service - I would use this driver again.

The two men that eventually turned up were pleasant, but no apology which should have come in bucket loads due to being over 7 hours late. It was the most stressful of days, which I hope NEVER to repeat. Plus expensive as we now have to book another company to actually get our belongings into the correct storage space and out of my neighbour's home.
I booked Luton van but came a long transit. The driver and helper are hard working though.

Your app is flawed
- the algorithm doesn't calculate time or distance between stops accurately
- it also doesn't advise on any policy about distance limits between stops
- your drivers aren't happy with tyre compensation metrics either because these things don't benefit them

Driver was wonderful, SO helpful and knowledgeable - literally couldn't be happier with the service.
We had booked the driver for 1pm and he arrived 4:30pm.

There was no possibility to tell that both flats were on the first floor on the website.
When I called the day before to clarify this I was told that this will cost an additional £15, which I was told I can pay cash.
On the day of the move, I got a last minute change of driver notification and when they arrived (a wee bit late) I was told that this additional cost would be £70!
I paid that on the arrival at the destination and all was delivered within the paid time period though would like clarification on this surcharge and why there is such a difference to what I was told yesterday.
