Great and friendly driver!
Very professional service. I was notified ahead of time for potential delays due to traffic congestion (much appreciated). The vehicle was prepared with straps and extra care was taken so as to not damage any of items. I was moving my stuff to self-storage, and they even took care to leave my items well-organised inside the storage room with fragile items on top. Fully recommended!

We were let down at the last minute by Clockwise Removals - they cancelled at 6am and Abbas picked up the job at 8am to save us. He moved all of my plants safely and felt we could totally trust him with our stuff. He was very warm and polite (and fast!). We would definitely recommend him. Thank you!

Incredible! The driver arrived 30 mins early and asked inspect all the items that we'll be taking. Then he proceeded to organise everything into the van for us and made sure every fitted appropriately. All boxes were still intact and no damages to furniture or any other items. Would definitely recommend this driver!!

My driver, Abbas, was amazing. Incredibly polite. However, he was not my original driver. My original driver cancelled 17 minutes before they were due to arrive at the pick up location! Would like to give 1 star for that

I am very positively surprised by the professional service. it was 7.20 pm, Sunday and the end of the weekend. At the last minute, my transport refused to come and I had to leave the apartment. Uber .... out of the question, I found a shipping company on the internet. I ordered a ride for 8.00 pm. The driver was ahead of schedule, helped to pack everything, drove me to a new place. He helped bring everything into the new home. Enjoyable conversation during the trip. I am very pleased, I highly recommend it and I will definitely use it again someday. greetings

Abbas came instead the guy I have booked and he was just amazing. The moving was very messy and disorganised. He gave me advice and was very aware of the time for me not to have to pay him extra. Made the move go super smoothly!
I am very disappointed with the service I received today. First of all, late car arrival (1.5h later) resulted in paying an extra cost for my student accommodation, which I was supposed to leave at the time when I booked a slot for the van to move my belongings out. Second of all, I paid extra money for the driver to lift my belongings, but we ended up in a situation where my friend and I had to lift most of the things. Considering I recently had major surgery on my back, the whole situation left me in incredible pain afterwards. Hence, I have to book a private appointment with a doctor, which would cost me extra funds. Last but not least, again due to delate arrival, which I tried to avoid, we were stuck in traffic; as a result, it took extra 20-25 minutes to arrive at the final destination. On top of that, the driver asked me to pay the extra money for our exceeded time. I am highly disappointed in the service that was provided today. Not even mentioning that the first driver that I booked cancelled the service. As a result, the entire move out was disastrous, costly and painful. I would never suggest to anyone to use this company, due to the reasons I mentioned above. In addition, the established prices are much higher than in other companies. Unfortunately, only your company had available slots to book, and I deeply regret rushing and booking something with the first company that I found online

Abbas was brilliant, came 20m early, and stayed way beyond the time booked to make sure everything was moved. He helped get things in the lift, carried things with us, and made sure the truck was a tightly and carefully packed as possible. He also drove us to the new place, which we were very appreciative of. Would definitely recommend him!

The driver Abbas was Excellent. He arrived one hour early. He even packed my glasses and ornaments with paper so that they would be safe during the journey. I was very impressed.

The first driver was late and wouldn’t answer. So I needed to get a new driver, this guy was fanatic. He was so pleasant, helpful and kind. If my experience with him wasn’t as good as it was, I would have stopped using your service after the first drivers attitude.
Requested a small van space and had a large truck arrive; possessions were then placed indiscriminately, loose and unsecured in the back with no straps or blankets used. Driver was then reckless; running a red light, speeding and attempting to overtake a bus as it changed lanes in front of us.
Finally, due to the size of the truck we were unable to park safely in front of my destination, so the driver stopped, in the middle of the road, blocking all traffic, to unload the truck. This meant that all my belongings needed to be unloaded very quickly and dumped on the sidewalk.
The only reason I am not giving one star is because, miraculously, none of my belongings were broken or damaged; one of which being a very expensive guitar and the other a wooden box filled with glasses.

Please note that drivers with larger vehicles will quote for smaller van load work as standard. Had we been made aware that you specifically needed a small van due to parking restrictions, then of course a small van would have been supplied.
