If I had to just rate the van & driver it would have been 5 stars, a star was lost because I didn't receive what I'd paid for & customer service for the company is non existent

He was almost an hour late to the collection address, but otherwise fine.
Worked hard
Arrived a little late but made up for it by being very helpful . We were ready to pack and unpack the van ourselves but the guys jumped right in to help. Everything was safe and secure. Great service.
