Got plenty of notice that they would be late, and that didn't really matter. Both men were extremely quick and professional, will not hesitate to use them again as I will be moving again in the not to distant future. They made moving a large, heavy 3 seater sofa look easy! Would highly recommend.

Billy called first thing in the morning to let me know they would be running late and gave me the option to cancel. I went ahead and both he and the driver were friendly and helpful. Good communication, would recommend and happily use again.
The two other drivers who had taken our job before had pulled out. Thankfully Chop Chop Transport picked up our job on the morning we were due to move. We were quite rushed as he only had an hour spare before his next job, we we managed to get everything moved without anything getting damaged or broken.

Billy my driver was absolutely fantastic! He was on time and even a bit early, he was super helpful, chilled and drove amazingly. We had a nice chat on the way from London to Derby and I would definitely use his services again. I am super super pleases with the whole experience!
Very frustrating. I sorted out my morning for this two hours and the driver was 40 mins late. But hey. I dare say it wasn't his fault, but that doesn't help me.
Very courteous and helpful. The job involved unloading the items to a garage at the destination unsupervised. When we arrived next day we were pleased with the care that had been taken.

Really excellent service all round. The driver was very helpful and friendly, and luckily the van was a large size (even though I only ordered a medium) or I don’t think all my stuff would have fit.

Disappointed with the service. Request was to keep the bags in individual rooms in first floor as added in the description during booking. However drives said no with an excuse they will spoil the new carpet. We had to lift everything upstairs. I was under assumption since booked
For 2 hours driver will also help in assembly bed and cupboard however they left once stiff moved to new house. They could have come with disposable shoe cover up. Thanks
Driver's response: "Hi,Firstly, Straps/Blankets were on van but not required.
On arrival at the collection, the customer was not prepared and rushing around due to them only coming back from holiday 3 days ago. We understood the situation and loaded everything that they requested and checked they were happy before leaving to the delivery address.
On arrival at the delivery address, it came to our attention that it was a new build house and everything was new, including the carpets. We unloaded everything to where the customer requested apart from the items which needed to be taken upstairs, these where given to the customer at the bottom of their stairs. The customer requested we take our shoes off to take the items upstairs so their new carpet wouldn't get dirty or any marks, for this reason being we explained to the customer, we have to wear safety boots while completing our job. Mainly so we don't injure ourselves and for insurance purposes also. So for these reasons we did not take the items upstairs, As per your Driver guide section , it does not state that we are required to carry or wear disposable shoe covers with us! As for the re-assembling of the bed and cupboard...yes you had booked us for 2hrs and put in the description these two things, after loading/unloading everything there was about 15 mins left allocated to yourselves. At this point another delivery company had also arrived and had to unload, take upstairs and assemble. With there being too many people, a lack of organisation and space, we asked the customer if that was everything and they said yes and we left. Yes we could have waited and charged the customer accordingly because it would have taken us over the 2hr slot, if the customer had told us that this still needed doing before us leaving but they did not.

Driver was great, the services from man and van offices however were a different story. Through technicalities and booking faults on your behalf I had to cancel work and disgustingly still had to pay a booking fee, I booked my van for a specific time and you confirmed it, you then have the audacity to tell me I still have to pay a booking fee because it’s only been a few hours since I booked. The fact of the matter is confirmation is confirmation, you confirmed my van would be there at 1:30, I had to wait and waste 2 and a half hours of my time because of this. I’ve used this service 5 times as I move often, I won’t be using them again. Shocking customer service.
