There were traffic problems after pickup that meant that the delivery was delayed but they were very good at keeping me informed. Would definitely use them again.
Not happy with this service at all. Two of my items were damaged, I was told I had to give the driver another £20 at my new address as the details he'd been sent said no stairs, which was incorrect. Overall, pretty disgusted with whole service.
Driver was amazing .
Driver was excellent, punctual and courteous, driver's boss was aggressive on the phone and tried to overcharge us by £100 on the day without providing an invoice, even though we had email and screenshot evidence of what we had paid for. Scummy behaviour. No fault of the driver but do not recommend
