If I could give more stars I would. I read the reviews before and was a bit unsure as I’ve never needed help moving before but WOW WOW WOW!! Andres and his friend were absolute stars, so respectful and careful. They removed all stress of moving. Absolute pleasure using their help and I will use them next time I move again. (I live on the 4th floor without a lift and they carried a lot of furniture up without a complaint and smiling - superheroes)

The driver was actually 15 minutes late but this was unavoidable due to traffic because of road closures to accommodate Hackney Carnival and he kept me informed of his progress via WhatsApp and they adjusted the time to ensure I got the full 3 and a half hours I had booked. Both he and his assistant were friendly and respectful and worked like Trojans - both flats were top floor flats with 3 flights of stairs and quite punishing but the guys didn't complain and worked very hard. I am disabled, so wasn't much help to them other than staying with the van and the guys were were concerned about my wellbeing. I can't praise them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone. Nice guys and a 1st class, friendly, efficient and fast service.

Andres and his colleague were great. Got all my big/heavy pieces of furniture dismantled and moved out of a 2 story house and back into another one without damage. Very friendly and pleasure to work with.
They were slightly late due to the London traffic but kept me informed, and I didn’t mind as it gave me a bit more time for last minute packing! Andres and Mary Luz packed the van really quickly and efficiently and were very polite. On the journey down in the van I was comfortable and Andres kept me informed how long it would take. On arrival they did a fantastic job of carrying some very heavy boxes up two and a half flights of stairs on a very warm day! I highly recommend Andres’ van company and will definitely use them again.

After the previous hire company that i booked with through compare the man and van cancelled my booking without notifying either of us, lets say we were extremely stressed. I contacted compare the man and van and they were very helpful. There was a couple of other hiccups but they eventually managed to book another company to carry out the removal. These guys were great from start to finish. I would recommend Andres C 1 Limited to anyone who want an easy moving day. They were professional at all times and got the job done with over an hour to spare.

Although he arrived late he had advised me through txt. He was very good and professional together with the extra help that I had requested. It took us longer than I thought, but they both tried to be as fast as they could possibly be so I can only thank them for their help. I will need to book another Luton Van soon and will definitely contact them again.
I have a lot to say, but I will rather discuss this in full with a Compare the Man & Van agent. All I can say here is that this driver was racially abusive to me because of the colour of my skin (black). He also charged me for three and a half hours after deliberately slowing down the delivery process. This has been my worst house move experience ever. If I could give him a zero star, I could have done so.

Good morning
The customer booked 3 people in a luton van. When we finished loading the van he asked "where is the spare seat in the van?" I explained that there was no spare seat as 3 people had been booked. All the problems started from this point.
On the way to the delivery address he called upset and said it was my fault, however, I explained that when he booked me he saw the van and was advised that there would be no spare seats available. He then started a discussion about the payment.
He said l will pay you only one hour more because l am spending money in an uber. I answered Mr Adedayo that he must pay before the van was unloaded.
At absolutely no point were any racist comments made.

Andres was fantastic. He was a little late due to traffic but text me to let me know. He was very happy and friendly and him and his team were able to very quickly load the van and were then cardio superstars carrying it up the four flights of stairs at my new place. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
Driver was slightly delayed due to getting a flat tire, however he did text me to alert me to this on the morning. Otherwise the move was faultless, and I would definitely use him again next time I move, or recommend him to a friend.
The driver had issues with his tyre, hence why he wasn't on time. However, he kept us updated and gave us a clear times for when he was able to arrive.

He was very helpful and full of energy. It was clearing part of my recently deceased mother's flat and driving it to Yorkshire, he was sensitive to the first and didn't mind the mud at the end. I would recommend him very highly.

The loading of the van took a very long time, while the offloading was quite quick.
