Communication on the day great. It had taken us an hour and a half to finish off our packing between three of us -and we'd still be there now I think, faffing about, but when Aimen (our man with a van) came he took over and organised us into an efficient team; one person carrying to lift, one in lift, one in lobby etc...we suddenly got into a rhythm which saw all our furniture and infinite amount of laundry bags into his van in 20 minutes. He also - I am pleased to say - remained calm with the security guard trying to get him to park half a mile away. A smile and a promise to be quick (he was - and how) and the security guy was ok with it all, even urging us to 'take our time - don't rush'. Made light work of the traffic and the long drive between flats...helped to get bags and furniture off van but couldn't help us further as the agent wouldn't let us in as he was completing a 90 min itinerary at the new flat. Not Amen's fault that he couldn't finish the job and help to get the stuff inside. Overall, calm, polite and super efficient.
Frank was great. Friendly, professional, punctual (arrived 5 min early), brought a bigger van than I booked as I didn’t know what size I needed, helped us move everything including a heavy sofa down 4 flights of stairs, let us (2 passengers) ride in the van with him. I would definitely use Frank again in future.

Short notice, and he turned up on time, was helpful and efficient and got me to the destination quickly.I had to do another move fairly recently, and that one (with another provider) was over 2 hours late.This was a breath of fresh air.
Didn't chat, said i had booked the wrong size van yet it all fit. Sofas said didnt fit so I had to put them in. Paid for 3 hours they finished in 2h ish just past. They were rapid and did heroically well moving the sofas down the set of stairs. Moving is stressful and all you want is people to say let's do this.
