He responded at short notice, to take the Job. When the first driver did not show up. Very helpful and quick to arrange and pack as much as he could.

Two factors. Firstly, the office was being emptied and another removal team were there. Your driver was flexible with how we dealt with the scheduling issue. Secondly, the driver and colleague helped to unload the items into the Big Yellow storage facility locker. All while having driven from Manchester to Edinburgh for the small load we actually needed moving. Very happy to recommend them to others
The driver was very helpful and organised. The only thing that I would criticise is that they try to force my table in the doorway even if it didn't fit. I had to give them the tools to unskrew some bolts and realised only when they left that one side is slightly chipped. I'm not extremely bothered because it was an used table but they could have use some judgement in the first instance rather than smash it against the entrance.
