Everything was good! We probably hadn’t booked enough time but luckily two men turned up which sped things up. Also I had made a mistake regarding the number of stairs but this was handled smoothly.

I was quite stressed at the prospect of this move, but I have to say that it went far more smoothly than I dared hope. This was entirely down to the professionalism , calmness and confidence of Emmanuel. My items were packed securely. Emmanuel drove safely, and his help with the loading and unloading simplified the task enormously. I couldn't recommend this service highly enough.

Due to the move before mine running over, driver was 1.5 hours late but did let me know about this in advance, and was incredibly helpful in the move itself. Would recommend.
Days after paying for the deposit, I tried to contact them by phone and email to re-arrrange the booking. All my calls reached their voicemail, and didn't get any responses from my emails. I was really concerned something was wrong, and they were late, but eventually called me 10 mins after scheduled time to apologise for the delay, and let me know they were stuck in traffic, should arrive shortly. I paid for a one-man booking, instead the driver had a helper. Having a helper more than compensated for the delay I must say! I also miscalculated how long it would take to move my belongings being two of us, so it helped tremendously that there were three of us - I would probably have had to pay extra had the driver come alone as would've taken far longer.
Even though the pre-move communication was inexistent, and thus impossible to amend the booking, the move itself went really well, so I highly recommend them!

The driver was exceedingly rude towards me. After being 30 minutes late which I did not have a problem with he carried on telling me he had another important job to get to. Upon arrival at the new property I wasn't aware that there wasn't a lift, he then started shouting at me telling me he was going to charge me more even though I had not used all of my time, he also threatened to call the police if i didn't pay him extra money and continued to shout at me whilst I was on the phone to customer services. Due to this experience I would not recommend using this service again. Neighbours witnessed this happening and all commented on how rude, intimidating and threatening the driver was. The men who were helping him through were lovely!
