Driver was very helpful with helping us move our things into the new house. However, driver was 2.5hours late. Meant to arrive at 9am, however arrived at 11:30am. I don’t think it was his fault - the company gave the job to him at 10:55. If i book a slot from 9-10:30am, i expect the driver to arrive at 9am.

Bruno was great, arrived promptly and was super strong (meaning things got moved very quickly). I don’t think there were straps but I did see blankets available if needed. We used just over half of the booked time, and although we declined, Bruno offered to help get things inside as we had time remaining, once we’d moved them near the lift.
My ‘compare the man and van’ experience before this is was far less positive and I almost didn’t book because of the previous driver, but I’m very glad we booked with Bruno - he was polite, fast and respectful of belongings.

We live by a main road which has restrictions on stopping/parking. But Bruno was so kind to come ahead of schedule and found a parking spot convenient for us to do the move seamlessly! He helped out moving some of the heavier items that needed 2 people, we really couldn't have done it without him. Unfortunately, he arrived 45 minutes late due to van troubles, but was super apologetic and in the end it actually gave us a bit more time to get ready. We managed the entire move within the 3 hour time slot, so there was no worries about running over time and having to pay extra. In fact, he said it was his priority to make sure we got it all done on time. Truly, he takes pride in his work, and for that we could not be more appreciative. Thanks Bruno, you're a legend!

The service provided by Bruno was excellent and I can't recommend him enough. Both polite and respectful, he was also very efficient when it came to loading the van, taking care of the bulky items with ease. This meant we were able to start the journey quicker than anticipated and we comfortably got from one destination to another within the allocated time. The van itself was also clean and in good condition, which made for a pleasant journey.

It was my 6th move in 2 years and I thought it would be the worst as I was moving to a second-floor no-lift flat, instead of the usual ground floor to ground floor. He arrived half an hour early just in case traffic became a problem and called to say he arrived and if we wanted to start early we could but gave us the choice so there was no pressure if we weren't ready. Everything was loaded very quickly and unloaded easily when we arrived. Really lovely guy as well so would definitely book him again if we move.

What can I say? Bruno was brilliant. Arrived 5 mins early, and was super helpful and friendly throughout. The night before, I was little nervous that we had too much stuff and it wouldn't all fit. But Bruno was more than up to the task. His van is a really generous size (and it's in great condition too) . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Bruno was absolutely amazing! He arrived early, was really calm and reassuring when he saw all of our stuff and was very understanding that I was pregnant and therefore unable to lift anything. He was so careful with all of stuff, even wrapping things in blankets without being asked. He got the whole move done in under 1.5 hrs and even dropped my husband back to me at the old flat to help with the cleaning.

Bruno called in advance to say he was caught up with an earlier job but still arrived shortly after the booked time. He was friendly, helpful and had not problem loading everything. Despite arriving a little late, we still finished the job well ahead of schedule. I am glad I chose Bruno and will definitely look to booking him again next time I need his services.

Everything about this experience was painless. He drove carefully and ensured that nothing was damaged or broken. He carried more than his share of the boxes and made sure everything was completely finished to our satisfaction before leaving. Also a great conversationalist throughout.

Bruno was completely faultless whilst helping us with our move. He was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely professional, whilst maintaining a friendly approach.
He helped us move from a tiny overcrowded flat in South West London to North East London, and packed our whole flat into his Van.
He arrived ten minutes early, and got straight to work with the complicated task of removing a flat pack wardrobe that we built inside the flat.
If I could give Bruno more stars, I would. The value for more he offers almost made us feel bad for the level of service provided.

My move was pain free! Bruno was excellent, incredibly diligent and organzied. His van is huge and he helped me put a lot of housewares in a storage unit which was seemingly full. Not only he found space to put everything in, but the unit is now more spacious than before. I thank Bruno and all those that recommended him before.

He also proposed an approach to use the lift in a slightly different way compared to my previous movers which speed up the process. We finished on time with the move. I was ready earlier than expected so I texted Bruno to see if he could come early and he was at my house in 15 minutes. He was polite and careful with my belongings, and helped me to carry and lift things into the van - highly recommended.

Bruno arrived perfectly on time. He parked in a accessible space for us to move our belongings. He helped organise the boxes in the back of the van as we brought them down, saving us lots of time. We couldn't recommend Bruno highly enough. He was easy to talk to, helpful, gentlemanly and made the move so much easier. His van came with straps and blankets and he had 2 trolleys meaning we didn't have to lift one box! What a dream! We've moved before without help and we'll never make that mistake again. I booked this driver based on others reviews and was very happy with the service. After making the booking I contacted Bruno to confirm the booking by leaving a voicemail message. He called me straight back to confirm. On the day of the move I was ready early so texted Bruno who came earlier than booked. He worked very hard as we loaded and unloaded the van which is a high roofed VW Crafter if I am not mistaken. Also, the van was clean inside and out. Bruno was careful of my things and everything was moved quickly and really could not have gone better. I cannot think how I could have moved any cheaper or easier. Apparently Bruno made an impact on a tenant of my new move as they wanted his details too. Highly recommended and will definitely book again when needed.

The driver was really nice and helpful however he was an hour late which meant we ended up doing all the moving from our old flat ourselves. We also had to pay a congestion charge with wasn't mentioned in the quote (although in the small print on your website) I think this cost should be made more clearer.
