Richard from coyzi moves and vanamigos was great. Unfortunately our original booking with Clockwork Transport- Van Services was cancelled last minute (!) and Richard was our replacement driver. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of items but we worked together to make it work. Good move in the end!





Driver was 30 mins late and was rough with some of plants. Other than that he was really quick and helpful.





The driver was unhelpful, rude and aggressive. He made it very clear from the beginning that he did not want to be there (note that the van was changed in the last minute). When he was asked for help to secure the items using the provided straps, he started tossing bags and boxes around despite the fact that he had been informed of the fragility of the items. Upon my complaints, he elevated the tone and argued "this is my van".
During transit to the destination, we were caught in severe traffic due to an accident and the driver kept saying that we would need to "leave the stuff" in the pavement as he was not willing to provide us with an extra 30min for ÂŁ10, as advised in the webpage. During the whole journey, the driver kept threatening to kick us out of the van (note that a friend of mine who helped me with the move was present all of the time) in an aggressive and intolerable manner. I will never book this driver again and wouldn't encourage anyone to do so.

I needed to contact you when I was getting no response from the allocated driver. It was impossible to get hold of you through your website. I completed the contact form twice and have still had no response (3 days later). The live chat seems only to be a series of pre formatted question. There is no telephone number. In the end I had to resort to a plea for you to contact me by using a trustpilot review. Fortunately this was picked up by a very helpful lady who arranged another driver for me. However this could have been a disaster.















We arranged a moving at 11. Driver came at 11:50. Firstly he didn’t want to go to our driveway, claiming that there’s no enough space -although there was enough space to park a plane!I helped him to park properly, although he was doing really awkward parking attempts.
I wrote in the requirements to move the big things and 10-15 boxes. I had 30 boxes, and I planned to move 15 on my own- it was essential to pick up long and big items, like bed parts or two mattresses.
Driver was not ready to help me, he took me extra 20 pounds claiming there was more boxes than planned even all loading times took 2 hours instead of 3 that I have paid for.
Driver was really rude. He insisted that we load boxes first. When we put boxes to the van, there were no enough space for big items.
At the end, he tried to charge extra money for the second ride for the left items(120ÂŁ) and I refused.
So, in summary:
*driver was late
* he worked two hours instead of 3
* he was unprofessional driver- it took really long to park in the driveway; and he couldn’t drive in to the destination driveway
* Driver was rude, firstly he took the boxes in the first place, then there were no enough space for the things that were really important to move. So I ended up requiring to hire another van- literally, the job was not done!
* and I spent 20 pounds for moving extra 15 boxes that was not important.
* And after all, I got harassing “lessons”from driver that were totally humiliating and took extra 30 mins of my life.
Assuming that I need to hire another van, I kindly request a partial or full refund





Richard was excellent. He was on time (in fact he was 10 minutes early) had all the accoutrements for moving, such as a dolly, sack truck, blankets and straps. He was also very respectful and polite, I would highly recommend and use him again in the future.





The driver that I booked cancelled giving an hour’s notice which made the day very stressful. The replacement couldn’t do it until the next day which was no good. The third driver arrived on time (although 4.5 hours after I had wanted) and did the job quickly and with no fuss. He and his companion saved the day which at one point was looking completely ruined. If I had been completing a sale on the day, it would have been a disaster and could have incurred costs and much more stress. Please give your customers more notice if there is a problem.










My driver (Penny Logistics 2) was changed 15min before the arranged time. I was notified about this in an email where they stated that everything was kept the same (except for the driver). This was not true because the new driver (who did an excellent job by the way) was an hour away from my house, so my move was delayed an hour and I only found out about this because I myself called the new driver, Compare the Man and Van did not tell me about this delay.
