Before booking, I looked at the reviews and I thought to myself are all these positive reviews actually true?! Until I experienced it myself first hand! They were amazing! The driver and the helper (Tommy and Farough) were exceptional. They were polite, careful, professional and very quick! I honestly can not stress how good the service was. I will literally recommend to everyone!! But please be careful, when booking if you think that putting more hours will mean they will do more than 1 trip for free, because they won't. They will charge you for every time they have to go back and forth to fill the van up.

They were amazing and so communicate and on top of things prior to moving day. Helped me every step of the way and made the whole process an absolute breeze! Both of them were so incredibly kind and helpful and went the extra mile carrying all my items up the stairs. Highly recommended them! Absolutely great experience, thanks again guys!

I actually had 2 men (despite paying for 1). The van had a tail lift and we got everything done smoothly within the 2 1/2 timeframe booked. They placed items in the rooms they were intended for and had a very nice demeanour about both of them. Couldn’t rate them highly enough and shall be keeping their contact details for friends, family and myself in the future

After the first driver cancelled on us, the second driver was very good.
It's the second time I use them and always super efficient and very pleasant. They are helpful and follow instructions if you have specific requirements.
We had a driver arranged for a house move but they cancelled last minute. Catalin took the job at late notice and was brilliant.

The first driver Anton never arrived and I wasn't impressed with his last minute message to cancel. The second driver Che, I was very happy with his services and politeness to me. The move was very easy for them and delivery was done in less time than I thought.

It’s such a great experience
I entered stairs on my booking but was charged extra on the day, an extra £32 (£16 per flight).
Driver was excellent. I was told that they couldn’t come until 2 hours later than I originally booked but think that was more the fault of the service than the driver. But very happy with the service in all other ways. They were very friendly and helpful.
Daniel was super professional, kind and helpful in all aspect. 5 stars not enough to describe, recommend 110%.

Could not have been more helpful and courteous
We would give a higher review if we can. Daniel and Oscar arrived earlier than our scheduled time, as our original time would be during the rush hour and would take our move longer than we hired the van. Daniel explained the situation and since we were ready we agreed to start moving earlier than the usual time. They did the job really well, we have no complaints! One specific thing to mention is the care they gave even to our plants. I have two jade plants I placed in a bag, that I forgot to take with me. They really took great care travelling with it and I received it with no damage. Even small things such as those we very much appreciated.
Would really recommend them and we would hire them again next time if we can.

Our house was a large 3 bedroom house, they moved everything including garden furniture and plants. Took 3 trips altogether. They even helped take apart and put back together some large furniture. Such a good service and made the whole day so less stressful.

Arrived over an hour late with no explanation or apology. This meant I missed an important delivery at the new location and the courier left it outside, when it was stolen. He hung up on me while I was trying to explain how to access the building and then called back 10 minutes later asking how to access. Would not let my friend ride in the van despite me specifying that she would need to in the booking. Charged me extra in the end, asked for cash but did not have change, and when I said that it was unfair to charge more given how late they were he said it was not his fault that London has traffic or that the delivery was stolen as a result of their lateness - these are both true obviously, but he shrugged off my complaint and at no point apologised.

They didn't arrive on time but that was because the previous moves on the same day took longer than their schedule. I understand that situation because ours also took 30 minutes longer due to an unexpected issue on our side. They always kept us posted on when they could arrive, so it was not really an issue for us.

I was not happy with this driver. They came 3 days late due to not coming on time when safe store was due to close.
I paid the deposit £70 and then on the day they charged me £140 when they said due to the delayed days I was due a discount although the lift at my residency had broken so adding on stairs and extra hours the price would stay the same.
The price I should have only paid was £150 at the most.
They have not communicated back to me over this problem.
I would not trust using this service again, at all.

Showed up 2 hours before the booking slot despite providing clear instructions where to go received insistent calls from 2 hours before stating they had arrived. I explained where to go in 2 hours time and once the booking commenced we booked them a good lift and spot for the van ( as it is central London) Despite the few items we had, the TV was not wrapped in blankets and I felt not confident with the 2 people turning up. The communication with the drive remained quite poor all through the booking as he was driving so could not speak ( his words not mine) and when they arrived at the other destination over half an hour after departing the location ( which is 10 min max away even in London traffic!) I asked them to load the lift and leave as it was not the most efficient of moves for a few items. I had constant complaints throughout how difficult parking was ( it is central London and we booked them loading slot, they decided to turn up 2 hours earlier so not being able to park up until then) and quite frankly
5 Stars is really not enough credit to Daniel and his driver mate. They were so lovely and such hard workers. Can’t thank them enough for helping us move, they made it so easy and effortless. If we ever move again, we will be calling them for sure. Highly recommended and we will be suggesting their services to any friends and family.

Thank you Daniel and Sahad, they put so much effort into moving a VERY heavy piano. They had all the necessary equipment (straps, blankets, etc.) and took great care with it. They were also able to come at such short notice due to a last minute cancellation, this was greatly appreciated (I booked them only 1.5 hour in advance!) They were great, but I had booked a van with a passenger seat, so it took me extra time to get to the delivery property, via buses. Not their fault, just a bit frustrating. But we did it in the end! I would book again.

An hour and 15mins late. Doesn’t know how to get to the destination and didn't inform or ask immediately. The destination is only 15mins away but it took them over 30mins. Two of us helped them already but they still took ages to finish. They were nice people but I have had better, faster, and more efficient service from others.

We had Dani and Oscar from SAA Logistic, they were absolutely brilliant. They arrived on time despite the snowy weather and got on with the job diligently. They were experienced, hard working and handled everything very professionally. We had several heavy and bulky items which were awkward to carry downstairs to our basement flat and they managed to handle the job superbly. We had estimated a two hour job and they managed to complete it within the allocated time. They even went the extra mile when they happily accommodated our request to move a very large wardrobe from one room to another, they very skillfully dismantled it to put it on the other room and assembled it again. I would definitely used them again and would recommend. Dani and Oscar saved us, we couldn't have done it without them !!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I asked for a man and van + helper. Daniel and Sahand (sorry if I’ve spelt this wrong) were late due to traffic but this was no issue for me.

when they moving my staff especially Daniel helpers guy( forgot his name) carelessly was holding my staff. Also one box fell over and when we arrive to new building all my boxes was on the building corridor, stairs instead of caring from van to my flat.

Daniel and Asif were absolutely brilliant. Although they were delayed, they communicated status frequently and then more than made up for it by going well above and beyond to get my move done when it hit some major unexpected snags. These guys were incredibly hard working, respectful in all ways, and real problem-solvers. I was sceptical about how genuine all the 5-star reviews were when researching whether to use this company or not, but I would give them more if I could because they are people who genuinely care about their customers, and they saved my sanity!

The driver and the movers were superb, I really enjoyed Daniels services. He was brilliant and made the move very pleasant! Will definitely request him again in the future. Only one criticism, not with the movers but the comparethemanandvan, it would have been good to mention that there would be a congestion charge fee with the total invoice, not after the fact.

We do make it clear on the website prior to booking; on our FAQs page and also on the email confirmation you receive on booking, that if your move either begins or ends inside the Congestion Zone, the £15.00 congestion charge will need to be paid to the driver on the day and we are sorry that you missed this information.

Driver Daniel & manager Sean at DHA Logistics were professional and courteous. Communication was straightforward even if English isn't the first language. I booked 1 man + van (medium-sized) for a 2h job, N1-SE2. It was completed in 1h40! Driver Daniel arrived early and carried & loaded all my belongings carefully into and out of the van, including up & down stairs! He is friendly and hardworking. Total booking was good value compared to Anyvan. Make sure you have cash in hand for the central London congestion/ULEZ charge (12 quid) and the HGV charge, if you book a big vehicle (also about 12 quid), and a tip. Many thanks, Daniel!

Driver was late, blamed this unreasonably on me, and did not give me any updates on his progress to let me know he would be late. He continually interrupted me when I was on the phone to customer support, and the once the move was complete, though it was appropriate to ask for a full star review. I was very dissatisfied with the driver, however, customer support were excellent and helped resolve my issues promptly and helpfully.

Well i have tried to have a contact to our customer by the phone number that i had from our customer in about one hour time before the collection time but no one responded to the phone call in that time also, when i reached to the collection postcode i have realized that there is no parking space and i tried to phone to the customer again to let them know about my presence in the collection postcode and i finally went to one small road and turned back to the same postcode which was 10 minutes over that time, in addition i have just tried to explain what was hapening for the parking space also responding to my phone call.
I realy do apologize if i bother our customer and company but i did not mean to bother anything.

A bit difficult to communicate with driver who couldn’t find the house (GPS was sending him in wrong direction) but he has been extremely nice and helpful with the move. Although we had to wait a bit, we were very pleased with the service. Would use again in the future!

He was held up in traffic, but was very apologetic upon arrival. Fit everything comfortably in the van including a double mattress, which he covered to keep it clean which was a touch. Very nice guy, and together we got the job done quicker than I thought. 10/10, would van again

Bit late, but with London traffic that's to be expected. More than worth the wait though. Daniel was great, he was friendly and talkative, helping us by packing the van quickly and efficiently. Ride over was good with him talking and making jokes. He was able to park up close and then helped us unload and move up two flights of stairs. He was a machine. Would definitely use him again, he made it so much easier and quicker than we thought it would be.
